I would highly recommend Carmelo to anyone looking for a condo in Jersey City or the surrounding area. In 2018, I closed on a condo in Jersey City that Carmelo helped me find. Before deciding on the property that I ultimately purchased, I looked at other places in Jersey City and in Bayonne and Harrison as well. During the search process, Carmelo demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the property market and development trends in these areas. Additionally, because he lives in Hudson County, he was able to offer me an insider’s perspective on the cultural atmospheres of each of the locations that I considered. When he booked a showing, he always arrived promptly and even offered to give me a ride from the PATH station. Finally, he encouraged me to take my time when considering my options and emphasized that it was important for me to feel comfortable with my choice. Overall, Carmelo was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and honest and I could not have asked for a smoother experience buying my first property.

After a worst experience that we had with a team included Mortgage Consultants, Real Estate Agent and Attorney. Then, our CPA referred us to Chris O. of Kingdom First Mortgage LLC, in Woodbridge, NJ. Chris saw how horribly that we were treated by the team and he honestly gave us his opinion to change our team. So we took his advice on new Agent, he said you can use your family and very good friends of yours too if you would like or whatever. Then, Chris said to me I have a guy that I know for years, Carmelo Lopez, I have done a lot good businesses with him and hes very honest. Plus, hes a christian.Well, God links us to Chris from a pastor that is our accountant and Chris landed us one of The Greatest Realtor Agent in the area. Hes been showing us properties with his passion, if he doesnt like the property and my wife notices that on his body language. Which my wife loves that about him, Carmelo Lopez is always ready to give us his personal opinions and his opinion always on point to us. We feel that he has his eyes on us like his own brother, sister, uncle of our family. Carmelo takes his time, he doesnt rush us to put an offer and he explains what we should expect the 5 to 10 years if we make a choice about a property...Lastly, he requests a personal document to include into the offer that he shows you that hes thinking way way outside of the box. Carmelos job descriptions include passion, honest, dignity, respect and professional. Plus, he responds to his emails very quickly and accepts or returns phone calls right away. Carmelo is a great guy. Sure we love a guy who can make us laugh, but in business, we also need someone that can fight on our behalf. This guy knows his stuff, especially useful because I am a first time home buyer. We had many deals fall thru, but Carmelo didnt lose his cool when the road seemed long. Jacqueline Villa Cobos is just really rude and just plain miserable. She was late to show the house I was trying to sell. When she arrived at my house she knock over the garage can and told my son to pick it up like if she was someone that he should be listening to, also she smelled like if she just came out the bar or was drinking and driving. I don’t want her service anymore and will contact hr to figure out why they hire people like her.

Jacqueline Villa Cobos came to our apt to do a showing and was extremely rude and told use to do the showing for her which is not our job to do as I am not the owner of the house and I’m not getting commission from the owner for showing the house. I have contact the owner and also contacting the Real estate commission department to report this issue.
