Ive had my fingerprints taken a half dozen times at various places. None were as fast and painless as Pak Mail. It took less than 5 minutes. Take your business here.

This place is awesome. The gentleman who helped me (Lodi? Ladi?...I apologize for not looking closer) was extremely helpful. I needed to get some short notice documents notarized and fedexd quick, and he made it happen. He even scanned the documents and emailed them to me so I didnt have to take pictures of each page. Simply superb! I could not ask for better customer service!!!!

The new co-managers Dennis and Anne are wonderful! They truly went above and beyond on a rather complicated matter for us! We are so happy to have a caring and trustworthy place to assure important matters are taken care of. We will be loyal customers from here on!

I am seldom compelled to write a review but my experience here was so wonderful that it would be a crime not to. Mofied is the name of the gentleman who assisted me (I believe he is the owner). He was so patient, kind, helpful, and humble. He helped me package all my items and looked for the lowest cost method to meet my needs. He was delightful and accommodating. I actually left there feeling better than I did when I entered. I highly recommend this place and wish more places had such exemplary customer service.

They tried to RIP me off, steal my money. I was mailing a boxed product less than 5 lbs, worth $40. We understood shipping would be $14.99. After we paid by debit, we had to ask for the receipt since he never offered one. (Nor was there a screen on the debit machine or register to show the charges.) He charged me almost $55! I went off and demanded a refund ... they said all sales are final and he can refund everything except the 10% transaction fee.Wont have to worry about my patronage anymore. Suggest you just go to USPS FedEx, UPS and get the service and pricing you expect. I ended up going to the post office and doing it for $15.

Buyer beware! This location sells postage stamps for 18% higher than the face value... wow... seems illegal or at least unethical. If you cannot get to the post office, get your stamps at the grocery store or drugstore instead.

This place is a rip off. I always send out the same package every time and always ask for the cheapest option. I was in there yesterday and the owner was on vacation, the new staff inform me that theres a much cheaper option which the owner failed to convey to me despite me requesting multiple times. The amount was significant enough for me to learn to stop going there from now on.

This place is great and the gentleman that works behind the counter, who I believe is the owner is super nice and helpful. I was in and out in 30 sec with his help, way better than the long lines at USPS

Clumsy process at best for a refund for a late delivery. Shipper depends on Fedex for credit prior to issuing one to the consumer. Late delivery was Not the fault of Pak Mail.

Recently discovered this Mail Service in my Montclair neighborhood. Fast, polite, and professional service. Mofied was very helpful and friendly. My package arrived in Texas right on time. I am looking forward to mailing all of Christmas packages through PakMail.Court

Do NOT use Pak Mail!! They will over charge you. I was charged over $40.00 to ship a 2 lbs box less then 60 miles away. The only reason I didnt take notice of the charge was because I was in the store with my 2 year old. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

For the past six years my experience with the local Pakmail Montclair had been very remarkable. The manager Sam and all other employees are very curteous all the time. My packages arrived safely and on timely manner.Great Job guys on shipping my Hoveround scooter to Texas. I highly recommend your services to anyone. I will use you again.

I found pakmail from the fedex website, so not knowing any different I had my wife drop off a fedex package. the fedex website estimate for my package was 68 dollars, but sam the manager charged her 96 dollars and blamed an incorrect info on the fedex website for the price difference. I called fedex and they tracked the package and said that it should have only cost me 61 dollars since I overestimated the weight online. my wife specifically asked the manager why the price was different and he said that is the fedex rate. pakmail is third party to fedex and they are a ripoff. they offered me 15 percent off my next order since they ripped me off for 35 dollars and no explanation of why their fedex rate differs from fedex themselves. shippers beware. extremely poor customer service.

This guy is a crook. Charged me $45.99 to mail a 8x11 envelope. Do not go here if you value your money

The place was not open on a Saturday at 11:30am when it says they open at 10am. It was not a holiday.
