Very nice to people who are very polite

Price was very competitive compared to other freight companies. We use this company to ship pallets all over the US and the shipments were always on time. There was rarely any issue except weather related ones. Customer service was friendly and helpful when we reported an issue. Issues were usually resolved within reasonable time frame.

I had read a few bad reviews about CIL Freight, but my experience was first-class. These people delivered my mission critical items without delay. The tracking information was accurate. I did have a good experience and was very thankful for their service and very fair price. I would recommend to any one that need freight services.

CIL Freight often offer great price to ship my palettes across the country. I have used them dozens of times.  Fortunately, there hasnt been any issue so I havent had to call their customer service yet. Their service is quick and reliable.

My experience with CIL Freight was totally first class from placing the order to tracking info to getting the delivery. When I called customer service I got to talk to a real person, not an automated system to keep you from the real people. Their customer service was polite and helpful and got me the help I needed with my order. Their fee was good, too. For the service I was getting, I think CIL was totally worth my money.

Once again, my delivery was on time and in perfect condition when it arrived. Im a repeat customer of CIL Freight and Ive been very happy with their service and performance. There were occasionally issues due to transportation and bad weather but overall CIL was able to resolve the issues. I would recommend CIL to everyone.

Unprofessional company and terrible operation services. we have a FCL co-load shipment in July 2019, and all freight charges were cleared 7/29/2019. CIL sent over a detention bill on 3/11/2020, 9 months later. the O.P. is unprofessional and hold up our another new shipment which arriving on 3/19/2020 without following the NVOCC and FMC regulations. our requests and responses are keep being ignored. we had filed the business complaints to FMC and BBB.Not even worth for 1 star rating

Wonderful service! No company is flawless but CILs customer service did an exceptional job in helping customers resolve issues.  Im very happy with their service and I think they deserve a thumbs up.

Absolutely the worst forwarder I have ever worked with. They send you all the correspondence and tell you to find your own trucker. If there are any additional fees that are incurred, they push them all onto the customer who hired them. That pretty much voids the reason of hiring a forwarder. When I ran into issues I was put on hold and hung up on. I have asked to speak with a supervisor Ivan who is always at lunch. I would prefer to never use them again. Consumer beware.

I wish I had a chance to give them minus rated stars. They are all unreliable persons. They picked up my container late, and could not find a trucker on time. I waste more than $1500 of my money. When I tried to get an explanation, the person named Imelda told she doesnt give me an explanation because I am not her customer, so my broker is. The worst freight company ever. They never take any responsibility on anything about your shipment. And they take businesses from East Coast although they are located in West Coast.

Worst company ever, avoid at all costs. If you want lots of headaches, overcharges, unprofessional service, and slow shipping times then CIL Freight is for you. Otherwise, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
