Oh my God... I had a great experience with Dr. Rotunda, my husband and I both saw him today. This was the first time I ever went to the dentist and didn’t feel any pain. He’s professional, mild spoken, Courteous, and friendly. He made me feel so comfortable and at home. What was so heartwarming, he was working on my teeth I heard him humming, this made me smile inside. So if you’re looking for a good dentist Dr. Rotunda is your man. He also has an amazing staff, very friendly and respectable.

Terrible dentist! Refused to do a front filling after taking an X-ray because I had a bad back and he decided for me I wouldn’t be able to sit in the chair long enough to have him to the filling. I said I’m very comfortable and can definitely sit long enough for a filling and he refused!!! Totally unprofessional and unethical!!!

The receptionist at this office is completely unprofessional. I had set up a phone interview to work here and she was laughing at someone in the background for most of the call, not taking it seriously at all. She had me on hold for a long time even though we had set a time to talk and she, very rudely, hung up on me and when i told her that i thought the pay would have been more. Not to mention, she spoke with attitude the entire time she was speaking to me. You would think if they actually wanted to hire someone, they wouldn’t have her doing the interview. I wouldn’t be surprised if the position was to replace her.

Doctor and staff are professional and helpful. I had a tooth fixed at another office that caused pain for two years. Doctor Rotunda took care of it. I had crown put in, no pain whatsoever, the crown is perfect.

I have been using Dr Rotunda as our family dentist for almost 15 years and he’s one of the best dentist I’ve used. He’s thorough and does excellent work, reasonably priced and a true professional. He never disappoints and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Plus they don’t chase you down to pay your balance or don’t see you if you have one and they accommodate you to pay any outstanding amount overtime. I can’t express my utmost appreciation for this practice.

Dr. Rotunda just did a root canal on me that cured the painful cold sensitivity I was experiencing. It seemed strongly to me that the pain was coming from farther back than the tooth that x-rays indicated might be the source of the problem, but Dr. Rotunda correctly fixed the tooth that was causing my discomfort. I have great respect for his expertise and rapport with patients.

Love Dr. Rotunda and the entire staff at Park Street. Knowledgeable, friendly, quick and give great care to all my concerns. Favorite dentist Ive ever had.

Wonderful, GENTLE dentist who cares deeply about his patients and would never “invent” cavities. Hygienists are also thorough and gentle.

After a year of pandemic i was able to book a new patient appointment within one week. The people in the office are very kind and efficient and the Doctor and medical staff excellent. They explained things to me in a simple manner something missing in my last dentist.

As usual, it was a very good and informative session with Amanda, my Dental Practitioner. I visit every 3 months and she catches problems and tells me what do just in the nick of time . All the staff & Dr. RotundaAre extremely knowledgeable, friendly & professional ! I would give a 5 star rating.

Dr. Rotunda has very close interactions with his patients. Dentist, he cares about his patients and let’s them know up front what needs to be done. No surprises. He is very skilled, and stays up to date, He is detail oriented and very gifted. He is very team oriented with his staff. His office is current and up to date with the best equipment and techniques for your comfort. It’s a very calming atmosphere. Ive been going to Dr. Rotunda for several years, and he is the absolute best with an amazing staff. About 5 years ago, Dr. Rotunda recommended a night guard to help with my night time teeth clenching. At first, I ignored his recommendation because of the cost. My clenching and gum recession worsened, and I decided to give the guard a try. What a difference! I had no idea just how much I actually clinched my teeth. If I dont wear it, I can tell because my jaws and teeth hurt. Now, I cant sleep without it, and even wear it when going for a massage because I clench so badly when relaxing. Looking at my guard after only 3.5 years, all I can say is I wish I had taken his advice sooner! I never felt pressured for any procedures, and all of my questions/concerns were addressed.Long story short..trust your dentist and his staff. They are honest and do have your best interest in mind. Where do I begin? I scheduled my first appointment with their office about a week in advance. Their receptionist was polite, and extremely helpful. My schedule is very hectic, but she was able to fit me in at a perfect time. Their entire staff was professional, friendly, caring, and respectful. I sat in the waiting area for less than 5 minutes, was seen by a funny and amazing dental hygienist who actually works at another location but comes to help out at Dr. Rotundas office. She was extremely kind, and informative. The cleaning session, x-rays, and debriefing went well. Dr. Rotunda went over every part of my x-rays. He also conducted a reexamination of my teeth and gums, provided me with suggestions for cleaning, and exams and then actually took the time to sit and listen to my concerns about cosmetic flaws. Afterwards, he provided me with more detailed information on how to achieve the smile that I truly desire. If there is anything advice that I can offer up about this office and my visit, it would be to allow them to service you. If you live within the Montclair, Bloomfield, Glenridge, or Verona area give them a visit and tell them the navy vet sent you. You wont be disappointed.
