The representative was on time and so wonderful!! He answered and explained all our questions. He found the problem and it was fixed! I would highly recommend GENERAL to all home owners!Id also like to mention that you recieved a text with a picture of the representative whos coming which I found to be really awesome! The staff and crew were very thorough and professional. We decided to go with zoning due to the energy efficiency. Have had zero issues since the work was done. The work was done so well that we recommended the company to my dad. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We were very happy with the mini--split system that was installed in our home. The sales representative that came to our home was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The installers were courteous and hard-working. We have been using this company for many years and have been satisfied with their products and service. I had to substract one star because of some communication problems that we had about the final billing. It all worked out it in the end but we didnt expect to have to pay more than the original estimate.

Weve been using General for years now. We had them install a new system at our old house about 10 years ago and we just moved to a new house where we discovered the AC was 35 years old after it took its final breath when we turned it on for the first time. Even though Southern California was in the middle of a heat wave with everyone calling around to get AC fixed, General was able to send someone out within a couple days to give us an estimate for a new condenser and furnace. The installers were awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable and they cleaned up after themselves each day. Also, the office folks are really helpful every time I call.

I used to work there, I used to think they were over priced, but then I went to work for a facility that received multiple bids and have used other companies, and those other companies quality doesnt compare to Generals, their not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, good quality!

Theyve done a lot of work for me. They installed three new heat/AC units. They are not cheap but they do great work and I feel that they are worth it.

I’ve been using them too service my Air and heating for over 10 years. I had no air last week after they serviced my equipment was concern so I called them they immediately got someone too come out which I appreciated. It was a circuit breaker which I didn’t know that so they were with me for 15 minute and then charged me full price for service $110. I feel they could of least charge half of that? I’m 78 years old and I’m not familiar with just flipping the switch, now I know.

When we were ready to replace our old HVAC system we got 3 estimates. General Heating and Airs estimate was the most thorough and professionally presented. The installers were very courteous and were patient answering my many questions as the project went along. We are very pleased with our new system!

General just completed putting in a whole new HVAC system in my home in Upland. They did an outstanding job. I did some investigating on HVAC systems before starting to get quotes. Of all the bids I received, Darryl, the General salesman was the most knowledgeable about his field. The installers were on time, professional, courteous, and left the house immaculate.I would highly recommend General for your HVAC needs !!

Recklessly bad ! This YO-YO Phil is amazingly inept. Must be the owners son or something. Nobody else would be able to keep a job otherwise.

RED FLAG!! AMATEURS! AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!! Two years ago we replaced our heat & a/c units and did some duct work with General. After several bids we decided to go with them since Phillip (owners son) came out twice to the house and seemed knowledgeable and trust worthy. We were so mistaken!! It was a nightmare since day 1. I wanted to write this review when they initially did the work but didnt get around to it. During install they had left the gas lines open and left the house. We got home from work to fumes! after spending 15K for the work. The unit never worked correctly from the get go. Several attempts were made by their workers to fix the issue. They either couldnt figure it out or didnt want to do the work. After about 5 or 6 tries of back and forth and hours spent baby sitting their techs we had to threaten to sue the company for them to finally change the faulty part. It gets better! Last year the coldest week of winter the heat stopped working. They came and had to order a part which took days so we were without heat when we needed it the most. This year AGAIN! the coldest week of the year the heat stops working. Same part broke! Over a week of no working heat. WE called another company out to diagnose it and they said to ask general to do the repairs since they were responsible for it. After several techs out we still have no working heat! this is a brand new unit and weve had their techs over to repair it about a dozen or so times. Todays tech says that the pressure has been off from the beginning causing the other part to keep breaking. NIGHTMARE!! Either we got a faulty unit or these guys have no idea what they are doing. In both cases they need to make this right! So far.. they have not. TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH SOMEONE ELSE!
