Showed the stylist a picture of the cut I always get & she looked at the picture once then after she did my highlights ( which I love the color), she didnt ask to see the picture again before finishing my haircut. She cut it way too short & looks nothing like the cut I showed her. I will not go back to this location, I will go back to the location I used before where the stylist actually listen & pay attention to details of a photo. Also I was very shocked when my total was $100 for highlights & a haircut.

Will definitely be going back to get my hair cut by Katie S. She did a great job! I didnt feel rushed, and she made some suggestions to make my usual WAY nicer looking. Thanks Again.

Wanted a dark brown all over with dark auburn low lights and ended up with burgundy on top and orange in the bottom. NOT at all what I wanted luckily the manager us awesome and made an appointment to fix it.

Last week, I visited the Supercuts Salon at 2153 Mall Rd in Monroe, MI and was fortunate to have Jordie as my stylist. Before entering this salon, I visited three other places. All the others had waiting customers. I was surprised that I received service right away from Jordie. My hair was overdue for a trim, so I decided it was time for a major change. I asked Jordie if she could take my all-one-length, thick hairstyle and layer it all the way around. Without hesitation, she said she could. Not only did she cut my hair to perfection, but Jordie was a wonderful conversationalist and I felt so relaxed when I saw the detail of care she exhibited by not only giving me the layered cut I wanted, but she took the extra step in texturizing the cut. Every bit of my new haircut was blended in. I have left several salons with a haircut that was either poorly layered or looked like it was an unfinished trim with both long and short layers. JORDIE GOT IT PERFECT! I hope when I go for my next trim, Jordie will be available to do it. I moved to Michigan from New York about ten years ago and Jordie was the first stylist to cut my hair exactly how I like it. Thank you for hiring this very talented employee. I will be back. Oh yeah…THANK YOU JORDIE!

Made an appointment. When we got there, went to the door & it was locked. No one answered when I called. I called twice & left a message. No one called me back. The temporary hours were posted on the door, but no sign as to why it was closed.

Chrystal was busy and fit me in. Didnt have to wait to long. The store is clean. The location is great and the hours are convenient. She always does a great job when I go there.

Did the best they could. Did not wash hair just sprayed it. I thought it was too expensive to cut cos I can get it done alot cheaper. And get a good job. $ 16 or 17 dollars is too much especially when it is a dry cut.with covic going on, these places need to change their prices especially cutting and dyeing the hair. Also $ 50 or more is too high for short short hair. Other than these the chatting was great :)

Crystal did a fantastic job on my hair, went in knowing my hair was a hot mess. She cut it just as I wanted, cleaned up it up and it looks great.

No stars! I said I want to look like I do now when I leave.. She said 1/2 inch and I said yes but when I left it was to short and I have no female qualities left to my hair i am so embarrassed. I bought some biotin to help seed up the growth. Never ever again!

She did a really good job but I was a little thrown off when she told me $26 for two French braids. So after tipping my debit card statement Is 33.75, which is almost a dollar over what I tipped ? When I’ve gotten my braids it’s always 10$. I should have said something so that is on me, but I didn’t think she’d charge me that.

This would have been a five star review because I love my hair cut, but the girl who colored my hair ( I think her name was Savannah) not only left residue in my hair but also left the toner in far too long and now it looks like I didnt even have my hair dyed, little bit of wasted money I dont think Ill come here again for color.

Stylists are just great. the like to have a conversation with you and do a fabulous job.

I have been going to this salon for years. My beautician tonight was inexperienced and honestly did not know what she was doing. She kept asking the only other stylist there at the time to come over and help her. I would advise management that this is a teachable moment. This young lady is not ready to fly solo.I felt bad for her. She was very nervous. Epic fail on behalf of management.I actually had a coupon for the other salon in this plaza.

Getting my first haircut after quarantine, was a great experience!!

I’ve taken my boys age 9 and 11 there a few times and they always do amazing! The listen to them and how they want it and helpEducate them on how to keep up the style. I got my hair cut there and it was long over due! I regret not getting the stylists name but she was AMAZING! So made me look 1000% better! I highly recommend this place. Best in Monroe by far!

Worst haircut ever..she did not know what she was doing..I will never go there again..Alisha is the best at Wise Guys..Now my hair is hacked and I gotta wear it up til it grows out..I shouldnt of paid them..somebody better train better..

Alisha (sp?) Cut my hair. She was super friendly and did as I asked and used her judgement when needed. Made my difficult to cut hair look the best it can, will be coming here as long as she is here.Update, went here today. Do not expect to get service if you are not an older caucasian female. I was not even addressed by the staff. After an hour of me sitting in there they said it was going to be another hour wait. They added someone else into their schedule who wasnt in it before and then asked if Id be good for 5 pm. This is after I came in at 2. Just stay away.

I received the hair I asked for. No wait time all.
