A great place to get help

This non profit has a heart for God. Thinking about a way to help your fellow man/woman? Consider Operation Reachout. They are a low expense high impact ministry true to the word of God. Donations may be dropped off in person.

I was an employee to this establishment for all of but two weeks. In the time I was employed witnessed gross incompetence and mismanagement and absolute contempt for order and structure to the point where I was terminated for bringing these concerns to light. Saying the working conditions were unsafe is complete understatement the entire store is not handicap accessible by any means and when it gets me even more is that all of our donations are free. we are here to help our community but marking up at such a rate that we have completely been alienated from our original mission statement to get back to the community that has given them so much. If youre thinking of volunteering here please do not. You will not be treated properly or with adequate respect you will not be given the tools you need to complete your job properly whatsoever. I had a train myself and an associate using YouTube and the cash registers serial number because the last staff that was here was so upset with management that they quit after my first day of the first week before finishing out their two weeks. Women that were running the store for possibly over two years that were absolutely taken advantage of. Toxic store culture coupled with the complete and utter inhospitable environment makes for a truly awful shopping experience. This is not the same operation reach out that everyone knew.

They provide many services for the community. If you have a need check with them.

This is the place to go if youre trying to turn your life around and a little bit of help. The staff is truly there to help you in any way necessary. This place can always use donations because they go to a good use. This place was a blessing not only for me but everyone else who has ever come through the door.

A wonderful Christian ministry providing help to those in inner city Monroe. The volunteers that work here are so kind hearted. Such a wonderful atmosphere here. What a great blessing to have in Monroe!

Man I tell ya ... If your in a hard place this place can help you pull through .. thank goodness for places like these...
