My well went out over a holiday weekend. I left a message on their web site and Dave responded via e-mail. We were able to troubleshoot the problem remotely and fortunately it was an easy fix I could do myself (pressure switch). Ive been a customer for years and always had good service.

Dave is High experienced and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to save you money and not break the bank replacing parts that dont need replacing. I had low water situation on a Tuesday and he said he was able to make it out Friday. He called that Tuesday afternoon and said he was on his way. He goes out of his way for his customers. Hard to find these days!

Couldnt find a more helpful guy than Dave!My situation was a bit strange - we never actually had any work done by Ralphs Pump because we dont own the well and the owners insist on using a different company. But when we had issues a few weeks ago, I wanted to get a second opinion.So I called around to get some recommendations, and a couple people recommended that I call Dave. So I did. Over the next several days, he probably spent a total of 3-4 hours on the phone with me helping to diagnose the problems. He was willing to come out on a Sunday morning to look at the well, but (like I said before) the owners of the well wouldnt give us access in order to allow him to inspect it.We got an estimate for some repairs from the other guys, which I emailed to Dave, and he called me within 20 minutes to give me his opinion on their quote. He was honest, didnt try to disparage the other guys in any way, in fact even said that their estimate was probably pretty reasonable, although he thought he could beat their price by a little bit.I offered to pay him for his telephone time and I offered to pay for his time reviewing the other estimate, but he refused. He said his policy is to not charge unless he actually does an inspection or at lease makes a visit to the site. And, he said, he didnt mind talking on the phone and exchanging text messages and just hoped that he was able to help.So, bottom line: Dave was a nice guy, very helpful, very straightforward, and seemed also to be very knowledgeable, reasonable, and honest!

I had an issue with my well pump on a Sunday morning and Dave walked me through exactly what to do to get the water running again. If you have an issue, ask for Dave, you wont regret it.

We bought our home in December and Dave with Ralph’s came for the inspection. He is such a stand up guy. Completely honest and more than dependable. Since then we’ve called on him both times we’ve had issues and he is always there for us. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

They replaced my pump a couple years ago and they responded within an hour when the electrical service to my pump was accidently cut during a stump removal.

Dave was fantastic, he dianosed my issues and repaired it quickly. I know enough about wells to be dangerous but I know enough that he is an expert. Having no water is a real bummer but I now know I can depend on Dave from Ralphs well and pump to keep the water flowing, and he is fast and very fair. Called after hours on my 51st birthday (during the pandemic) when our well went out and we had no water.This guy not only answers the phone (after hours), but agrees to come directly out to diagnose the issue.He literally remembered us andwand we lived from service he provided in the past (probably 5 years ago).While Im waiting for him to arrive, he calls me and said it was all repaired (he was already here and had diagnosed and replaced the faulty pump controller).Now THAT is great service.

After having a very negative experience with a competitor and left with the problem we called them out for, we were cautious when Dave and Tom pulled up to service our well for problems with the pressure tank. However, we were very happy with their work as well as their customer service. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they are good communicators, which is equally important - especially since living with a well is new to us.The work they did on the pressure tank not only fixed the problems we called them out for but also fixed the issue we called the previous well company out for. When we spoke with them about the issues we had with the previous well companys servicing, they remained professional and never spoke negatively about the other well servicing company or their lack of service they did on the well. Dave and Tom worked efficiently to resolve our well problems within a reasonable amount of time, while also explaining what the problems are and answering any questions we had to make sure we understood what was going on with our system. They were patient and friendly in explaining how it all works since we had recently purchased the property and hadnt received any information on it.Their fees are reasonable and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. These guys are worth it! They didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need, which was refreshing. We will have them back for any further needs in the future without any hesitation. I’m out on a private well in Snohomish County. I have had a number of issues with my well, and these guys have had the solution every time! Last Saturday (3/8/19) our water stopped flowing in the house. I went out to the pump house and saw an old crusty sticker from the last time Dave came out (18 years ago). My in laws said he was great and I thought I hope hes still in business wee he is, and he came out that day, diagnosed and got our water flowing and gave us a quote based on the diagnosis. The next Thursday he came out, replaced the pump, well house plumbing and well pump. It wasnt cheap but the service was great, fast and I feel confident that if we have any problems we will be taken care of. With that said I hope we dont see Dave for another 18 years :-D!!

A year ago we were in trouble with our water well. I call Ralph and in an hour he could find all the broken parts and repair them. He was helpful and very professional.

Great company, went above and beyond to help me out, even hooked me up with temporary water to make it through the weekend, extremely knowledgeable, quick response Ralphs plumbing is the only call Ill make for my well and water needs!!!!

Dave came out and was immediately familiar with the issue we were having since they had serviced this property in the past (We moved in about a year and a half ago).He was quickly able to take care of the problem and just as importantly he educated me on Howard to manage it in the future so that we don’t have to go through this again. I really appreciate this because this is the first time that we have lived in a home that uses a well.

Tom replaced my pump on the same day that I called, so that was very much appreciated. I experienced a bit of sticker shock at the price of the repair, though, so you should also be prepared. $195 for the trip out to our home in Arlington. That did not include any work or diagnostics. The jet pump in the shed was burned out and needed replacing. No diagnostic work necessary. $150+ per hour for labor. And then there were the typical mark-ups on materials (around 30-40%). So, a fairly simple, standard 1/2 hp jet-pump replacement in our shed came out to $1683. Seems high. Tom broke a check-valve during the install, which added half an hour of labor and $67 in cost for another check valve, which could happen to anyone, but everything together just seemed to cost too much. The Dutch, value-conscious, penny-pinching side of me just knows that a new pump install like that should cost around $1100 after tax (something like $600 for a decent pump and $350 for the install). I could be wrong, but at least you can learn from my experience. No complaints about the work, though. The pump is there. It works. I have water. Just be aware of the costs when you call.

Dave was a tremendous help as we assessed a much neglected private well on a property we wanted to purchase. He took extra time to explain his findings before the sale, and came back again two months later to give us a detailed estimate. We ended up having to dig a new well after all, but will be calling him for future service. I loved his candid approach and felt he advised me as he would a friend or family member.

Good service, quality workmanship, quality parts, good attitude and fair pricing. My well pump, 340 deep, stopped working. Ralphs came out the morning after I called to do diagnostic work. Dave, the owner, was there that day and replaced the burned out pump, bad wiring from a previous installation. I come from a mechanical background, watched the entire process and it was a 1st class operation. I was pleased.

Dave has to be one of the best guys to call when in need of a repair/emergency, all around a great company and recommend them to anyone who needs well work!

What a JERK !! Cant believe hes in business. Ask him a question and he attacks you! He diagnosed and gave a price without ever looking at the job. The cost was almost twice as much as others.

Prompt service with trouble shooting at 17:30 and they got my well fixed the next day. Would do business with the company again.
