Terrible service. Very unprofessional. We had to contact twice to come fix again. Just showed up and left without telling us if the issue had been resolved. Way overcharged. Do not recommend

Nick and staff go beyond professional expectations. Great company, fast response,wonderful staff. Having septic tank cleaned out will always be costly. They may not be cheapest but Campbell is reasonably priced company. Theyre exceptional amazing! Im sorry for anyone whom had a bad experience with them. We appreciate their service.

Only company to call me back, I called several others. Very helpful. He walked me through my issue over the phone. He does not service my area but was willing to lend support and offered to to answer questions if I ran into issues. I was able to get a sump pump for my septic tank and replace it (I was a pipefitter for 25 year, so...). Thanks for your help.

Blatant disregard for public safety! Doesnt use spotter when moving large vehicle. Puts families in danger. Refused to wait for a family walking a dog, with a stroller and small child on a bike to pass before speeding out of a driveway. Then proceeded to try and back up to a trailer without using reverse lights to indicate movement, practically running into a passing truck. PLUS, we used this service several years ago and we had our septic tank cleaned recently by a new local company, only to find out Campbells had only cleaned out one side of the tank and didnt do the complete job they were paid for. DONT US THEM!

I had a company out of Social Circle to come out to add to my septic lines because Campbells was backed up(due to all the rain). This company came to my house twice and dug up my yard to turn around and cover it up then leave because they couldnt locate where to add on to the present lines. I knew after the second time I wouldnt let them come back and I immediately called Nick and explained. Within three days he had his equipment at my house and completed the job, as I knew he would. He was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend him to anyone needing septic work.

Super rude! Answered the phone with an irritated “HELLO” and then told me he was in the middle of something after I asked if he could answer some questions for me. Learn how to run a business!
