Ive always had a great experience with Advanced. I have been through a couple other temp. Services in the past and they were nowhere near as professional as advanced. Renee went above and beyond for me to help me find work on the shift I needed due to transportation issues. She didnt give up on finding me work when the 1st position would not of been ideal for me. She reached back out to me a day later and found me a good position on midnight shift and got me started working right away. They go above and beyond to find people jobs and they are very professional and on time. Thanks again for everything advanced!!

I worked with the Advance Group in Monroe for almost 90 days to get hired in through the company i am now! Advance was thorough and very professional. They did weekly check in visits with me to make sure that I was being given the tools needed to succeed and learn in my new position. Found a job the first day. Only thing i dont like is after they got my drugscreen and BC, they were going to wait a week to disclose it to the company... i called the company myself and told them Im ready to start and started that Monday. If Id have waited i wouldnt have started until the following week. Then they told me i cant communicate with the company without going thru them which i think is ridiculous. But Im working and happy.

REMARKABLE group of people who are ALWAYS on time and at the right times, i take my hat off to them all and thank God for them, they go the extra mile every time, Ive never had ONE issue and they ALWAYS helped me with my own issues, i could write a book about all they have done many times, they stay on it too!! I know a bunch of people that admire and appreciate them, never heard one person say one thing bad about them either, i know many who they helped :)

If youll take any job, theyll have you working within days. Theyre willing to work with you and your schedule. But if you want something specific you should hunt their site for what sounds good. Theyll guide you, not baby you.

Friendly staff at the Monroe, MI branch. I was able to get in and apply quickly, left the same day with an assignment, really quite painless.

The staff is courteous and professional. They found me a job very quickly and when I had a few problems arise they worked with me to help.

First time dealing with a staffing agency and honestly dont ever think Ill deal with another one again. At first everything was great walked in, filled out paperwork, took a few tests, walked out with a job...all good right? Wrong! First job only keep me 3 days...got a call after my shift was over from the receptionist rudely telling me I wasnt a good fit. Called the next day to see if they found anything for me, and a different receptionist answers very rudely and saids to me call back their at lunch, well I got a call from the girl on her break..smh. Got an email few days ago saying they found a job, if I was interested, I say sure. Got there and the place is horrible, so disorganized, no direction, management is no where to be found, bathroom was disgusting, crappy chairs and table in break/lunchroom....and to top it all off there were at least 3 different staffing agency working with this place, because everyone except 3 people were temps. Not impressed with the jobs they offer and the staff is rude and are only worried about how you make them look, dont care about you or getting you a decent job because they already have a job! (BTW- they dont even deserve one star, but have to give one to write a review)

I was amazed at how fast I found a position, and a good one too! They were so friendly and helpful, I actually felt a little bad that I didnt get to work with them longer!

They are apparently lackadaisical in their efforts to find employment for the people that use them to try to find employment. They dont care about anything but the bottom line. They just blow people off when someone is really attempting to find a job. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
