I was sincerely impressed with the amount of professionalism and friendliness of this office. I was nervous at first, but Army Staff Sergeant Parker helped put my anxiety at ease. I met with him twice and his expansive knowledge in the army and what it has to offer in terms of availability, for both enlisted and officer, proves just how good he is at his job. The relaxed and non-pressure atmosphere allowed me to make an educated decision on whether joining the army was right for me. I strongly urge anyone on the fence about joining the army to come in and talk one-on-one with any of the offices great recruiters. They are immensely helpful at providing you all the information you need for a successful career in the Army.

I never met anybody who is so dedicated and helpful with their recruits. Staff Sergeant Rompies is just that guy! He welcomes you and makes you feel comfortable and supported. You will definitely gain a friend for life! Come and see him, and you will not regret it.

Came in and it didnt take too much to convince me that the army is what I want to do after high school. The recruiters were fantastic! The atmosphere was astounding and isnt something easily replicated. I now graduated basic training and am super grateful for the staff and what they do.

Walking into the Monroe Army recruiting office, you’ll find that the atmosphere is very welcoming. Staff Sergeant Parker is a very intelligent and helpful station commander. With the help of Staff Sergeant Rompies and Sergeant Gardella, they will dedicate themselves to help motivate and prepare you physically and mentally for the United States Army. These three soldiers will show you day in and day out effortlessly, that their are many different jobs (m.o.s.) that the army has to offer to civilians.
