Awesome!! I love my Dental hygienists! She has such a sweet spirit! I hate I don’t know her name but she is truly a sweet person. She is gentle and she knows her stuff! She makes you feel comfortable at all times! Doc J is awesome also! The whole staff is friendly and professional!! Nice clean environment as well!

As someone who is NOT a fan of dentists, dental work or anything associated, these folks are incredible! They made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that my experience would be wonderful-they were right. I now look forward to dental appointments, knowing that I will be taken care of with care and great comfort. If you dont have a permanent dental group, Arrow is the way to go-they always hit their target with excellence and wonderful service.

Dr. Johnstons office was very professional, attentive and accommodating by taking my appointment at the last minute on a Friday. Dr. Johnstons took care of my issue immediately, made sure I had everything I needed for ongoing treatment and the price was very reasonable. I was very happy!

So let me just start off by saying that this was my first time going to them on yesterday July 15th. I was in soooo much pain yesterday, tried to get in with my own dentist, but they were out of the office so I googled dentist offices near me. I called two others no answer no call back and I called them and they answered the phone with so much professionalism and concern about my situation. They were able to see me immediately due to me being in so much pain. When I arrived they greeted me with much love and professionalism and with a GIFT BAG!!! Then I was seen within 15 minutes after paperwork and all. I was in and out with the extraction in an hour and 15 minutes. They have become my new dentist. Dr. Robinson was efficient and caring and so were the hygienist and the whole staff. I would for sure recommend them to others!!! From the phone conversation to the ambience of the office to the staff to the procedure until I walked out was outstanding!!!!

First visit - wonderful experience! From the minute I walked in until I left I felt right at home. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I even got a new patient gift! Kelsey was my Dental Assistant and she was incredible!! So sweet and gentle with my cleaning. I had several questions and concerns about my teeth and she answered everything or found someone who knew it. Dr Robinson was so sweet! Soft spoken and Incredibly helpful and concerned with my issues and just made me feel at ease.

Workers there were so kind and helpful. It was a very refreshing visit because of the genuine care and concern. Christy is the best!

I came into the office with so much anxiety . I was immediately brought to the back and my anxiety escalated. Arrow dental staff across the office are very sweet, respectful, caring, and they love their job. They work with you and around your schedule. During your examination they ask how you are doing, even if you don’t make a sound or anything. They explain everything to you in your words so you understand. In the past, I have had a few bad experiences with unprofessional dentists who did not do a good job repairing my teeth either because they didnt know what to do or didnt care how they did it. Now I am 73 years old, and finally,I have found an experienced dentist, Dr. Johnston of Arrow Dental. Once he examines a persons xrays, he knows what the problems are, and he immediately gets to work fixing and repairing the teeth right away. Now I can honestly say that I have a beautiful smile and am not ashamed to show my teeth. Thank you Dr. Johnston for your experience and caring attitude for your patients and their teeth.

They are the nicest and most professional dentist I have ever visited. The service was quick and efficient. My teeth had not been cleaned in a long time and they did a wonderful job.

They used the cheapest material, had to keep getting the tooth bite adjusted and they waited 3 months to send me a bill that I thought I paid when I left they let the bill get 30 days past due and when I ask why, they said they tried to contact me and couldnt get me, but when they was trying to me as a customer they could contact me hmmm🤔. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
