TONYA IS THE BEST. Tonya is the definition of perfect customer service. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave out with your loan. She was very helpful, & makes you feel like a priority. Would definitely recommend to anybody!!!!!!

Im pretty sure I DID NOT get this Kayla girl everyone is talking about. Unfortunately, My experience here was frustrating and frankly I think my check is ruined now and my OLD boss will not issue me a new one. After telling the lady about my bad ending at this horrible job I was working they insisted on calling my old boss. He of course didnt answer! Huge waste of my time. Now Ive been on hold for over 10 mins with store seeing how this can be resolved!

Waited over a hour while the lobby was fully packed staff was to busy answering the phone and accepting payments over the phone then waiting on the 30+ people that was standing in the lobby. There was a gentleman at one of the counters already in the process of getting a loan and the lady told him to wait while she accepted a over the phone payment instead of having the person on the phone call back.....
