Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Mia. I must say it was a wonderful experience. She was extremely nice while having to run 2 stations. She never missed a beat she got us in and out with no problem I would like to see more people like her in the establishment. I always go to Walmart but today I stopped there and Im very glad I did I love having great customer service. Please let her know I said this🙂

I have been coming to Ace for more than 10 years and I have always received professional and outstanding customer service. It is great to go into a location and receive such great service.

I was looking for a bank account with less fees then the big banks after paying a large amount of money with automatic bill pay. Normally my paycheck would go direct deposit but if was a day late for any reason. I found myself paying overdraft fees in $120 for one transaction. After cashing a stimulus check at this location they told me about the Flare card. Get your direct deposits 2 days sooner!! Way less fees than the other banking accounts plus with text alerts I can immediately let them know if I am not the making the purchases. If you are looking to save yourself the stress and save some money go see the girls at Louisville Ace!! I promise you wont be let down!!

ACE CASH EXPRESS in Monroe and West Monroe practices UNETHICAL, SENSELESS & UNPROFESSIONAL Customer Service practices that you NEED to know and stay away from.I needed to cash a third party check from out of town and proceeded to the 3227 Louisville location. I explained my situation with the Manager and she attempted to verify the check. After three separate visits and two attempts to get the check verified with the verifying official, she then decided to push me aside and wait on another customer behind me.I informed her to give me the check and I will go to another location. I proceeded to the ACE in West Monroe location, and the Attendant there, informed me that the Manager had ALREADY called over and informed her NOT TO CASH MY CHECK or TALK TO ME. WTH!I will NEVER need to go to ACE Cash Express in the Monroe location or the West Monroe location ever again. The Manager at the Monroe location needs to understand that you CANT just treat people unprofessionally and think that there will not be any repercussions.

The associate by the name of Mia was professional. She also acknowledged the customer that was behind me. Even though the customer was impatient. Mia excused herself from me because I was waiting for a check authorization (which of course could take some time). Mia has taken care of the impatient customer and has apologized to me and returned back to the authorization process. I admire her dedication and communication. This was my first time cashing a check with ACE and I shall be returning, due to the fact of how magnificent I was treated by you’re associate.

I had a small check for only like a lil less than $8. My tooth was killing me and needed pain meds bad. I went to serval places trying to cash a check I got in mail from a rebate. No one knew how to cash it I finnaly went to as an kashouna I believe thata how you spelled it? Cashed it and no problem and I was able to be on my way in no time. Never been so appreciative and glad some one new more than one way to do there job she was awesome and sweet I actually laughed while waiting which I hadnt done in days. She was a very knowledgeable and her customer service was great!!! Even with the customer before me who had a very serious issue going on with some checks!
