My car came out looking better then when I bought it.

Service was fine, free vacuums are nice, but - Not a single staff person was wearing a mask! I realize theyre outside, but when giving instructions theyre breathing directly into my car. To my knowledge the Governors mandate is still in effect.

Great price. I definitely recommend the Big Wheelie for $10.

Quick and effective car wash. Vacuuming is included in the price, as well as cleaning cloths and window spray so that you can put the finishing touches on as much as you like. For club members you can grab free vent clip air freshener in your choice of scents. Theyre pretty good, too. Others have to pay a small fee for them. Hours of operation is seasonal and weather dependent, as one would expect. They offer the $5 special at times, also. Ive been going there for a couple of years and have not been disappointed, well, except when its really crowded.....but thats cause Im a spoiled club member. Did I mention that they have club memberships? Yep, they do...wash as much as you like for a flat monthly rate....so convenient! See you there on the next sunny day......

Got into an accident in the car wash because the person in front of me didn’t know what hands off the steering wheel means. Jimmy cleans failed to call the cops to get a police report which caused me problems on finding who the persons insurance was so now it would have to go on my insurance because I simply wanted to get my car washed. It’s apparently my fault and I would have to pay at the expense of my Insurance which will make my rate go up. Won’t be going back and neither will my family be going here.

Used to be a decent car wash. The last few times Ive been my car has still been dirty after going through the wash. I recommend solar shine now. My car is ALWAYS clean after a trip through it.

The automatic wash didnt do the job, however they provide everything you could want. Rags. Mat cleaning area. Windex etc

What a disaster. Noticed they were running a free car wash for “customer appreciation “ and pulled in. Line is backed up to the street and the wash shuts down because of a blown fuse. We’re told it would be about 15 min which turned into over 30 min. There’s no way out and they made no effort allow people to exit. They literally treated everyone with zero regard to OUR perspective of satisfaction. We were there for an hour before they finally made it a priority to allow people to exit.What a failure of a promotion. What if someone needed medical assistance? Imagine being stuck in your car and treated like your there for THEM. No forethought, not even enough to prevent the problem in the first place. No action plan, just let people sit in line for an hour and that’s acceptable enough. Sad.Hugh is a nice guy but this wash is doomed. Why run free wash promotions when the staff isn’t qualified? Get your house in order before you have guests over. It’s almost that simple.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stopped by this morning to clean my car quickly and my floor mats got stuck in their machine. The manager was very nice and worked for 30+ minutes trying to get it out, while I was there. They are still stuck, but the staff is going to give me a call as soon as they get them out. Staff went above and beyond for sure.

I have been a customer of Jimmy clean since the beginning of the car wash. It seems like the owner does not want to keep the car wash updated. I have talk to the old manager no help. He said the owner will not put any more money into it. I have talked to the new manager and no help. The new manager says they’re not going to fix it. So I canceled my monthly subscription for my two cars today. If you just want a basic car wash I guess it’s “OK” but it’s not worth the money paid in the monthly subscription if you have to do your own rinse and clean and dry.This car wash has really gone downhill, so sad. Really liked it when it was working fine and they cared about their service.

Great place to clean your baby! The vacuum area is shaded, free mat cleaning, rags and a window spray. When its hot you are covered you dont sweat like the others who are in the sun!

Love washing here! The tunnel is super long and gets my car clean. All the detail materials are free, unlike other car wash companies where you have to pay to use the towels. I wash here every week. The membership is the way to go if you enjoy a clean car!

I’ve been through this car was quite a few times but this last time it left water in my back seat and the back part of the roof of my truck wet. Plus it didn’t even do a great job cleaning nor drying the truck. I could have done an at home, rushed 5min wash while blindfolded and done a better job. I should have just saved my $14. They are definitely ripping people off. Trust the reviews. Don’t waste your time nor money!!!! It may cost you more in the long run.

Jimmy Clean does a great job on the automated wash, then when you get through it you can get a space to vacumn your car at no extra cost to you . You can dry your car down while in the space as well . Can be in & out quickly . They have garbage can at the vacuum slots plus bottles of cleaning solution to spray clean tires or whatever . Great place to get your car or truck cleaned up & looking good !

Makes it easier to keep your car clean. The free vacuums are awesome. Especially if you have a lot of little ones riding in your car. Only reason they dont get 5 stars from me is because some spots of my car were still dirty. But i used the towels and spray bottles they had available free of charge.

The recycled water doesnt smell the best. If theres no manager on the floor, my car doesnt get cleaned. The managers are the saving grace of this place, they make sure to get all of the stuck on mess off of my front bumper before they send me through. When no manager is there, like today, they just give my car one swipe and send me through.

All the tools you need to clean your car... Vacuums, micro fiber cloths, as well as window cleaner. Clean your car mats with the car mat machine. If it doesnt fit, hang them and spray them down. All at no additional charge!

After using their service for about a month, I noticed there are a lot of scratches on the clear coat of the paint on my new vehicle because they use a cheap broom. You will notice the front and the rear of your vehicle having a lot of swirl marks and clear coat scratches.

This wash lasted a lot longer than your typical drive thru car wash places. Vacuums are available for free. They also have towels you can borrow which was impressive. Carpet cleaning is extra. There is no vending machines. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and no one was available inside to purchase air fresheners/cleaning accessories.

No matter how many times I visit this wash, the staff there always present a good vibe. They have superior customer service - anytime something goes bad or turns out unexpected, you can count on this team to correct it. I’d consider this place one of my go-To’s for car washing. Only one vacuum spot is less than splendid but you can always wait until someone’s done! :)

A very convenient wash to knock a little pollen off....but it does not get your car clean...I had big spots where my car wasnt even washed...and of course theyve gone up on their prices...it is nice to be able to pull around and vacuum out the inside

The price has increased a lot since they first opened just a couple years ago. Did love the vacuums which used to be free with a wash. Now that theyre charging for vacuums and wash price has gone up, I wont be going back.

The car washes are quick and affordable. They have washes that start at 3 dollars and go up from there. The basic car wash works for me but the added options are always a nice extra. Free vacuums are provided when you wash your car. For three bucks, its well worth it for me. Its a lot faster and easier for me to go here vs wasting a lot of water at my house and then lugging the vacuum outside. My whole family goes here!

There was a scruffy faced employee that was fussing about stuff in the bed of my truck. In a SMART VOICE, He said theres signs all over the place, saying to Clean Out Your Truck Bed. I was busy and wasnt thinking. The signs werent that visible evidently. I didnt see any on my way out, looking back. Tire shine was all down the side of my truck. Scruffy needs to be courteous to whos paying his salary. Thank you..

Good, easy, quick, and affordable car wash. They also have free vacuums. The reason for my three stars is it gave me paint chips on the hood and a scratch on the trunk, the imperfections werent there before because I wouldnt have bought it from the dealership like that. Very unfortunate this happened as I wont ever trust my car to go through again. If your car is older or you dont care about blemishes this is the wash for you!Edit: After going back after some time, I bought the $10 wash and it didnt even clean the car. Youre better off hand-washing. Waste of money.

Get car clean fast and cheep. As long as the vacuums are not clogged, its a quick way to get the whole car back in shape.

Jimmy Cleans does a better drive thru car wash than most other drive thru car washes. Good if you don’t have any cash on hand to tip at the hand wash car wash with the yellow bell on the sign” just a mile down the road. My truck usually has soap and spots afterwards but looks somewhat cleaner from a distance.

I like Jimmy Cleans but sometimes they dont have the towels/rags available. We always have to search for a vacuum that actually has suction and the center of my rims never get clean.

I washed my truck at Jimmys in Salisbury. Bought the $10 wash with the tire shine. They did not spray the fenders out and my tire shine was streaked and not an even shine all the way around. It took forever to find someone who works there. When I did find them, I told them the issues and the there was nothing they could do about the wash. I asked him to re-shine my tires and he said nothing could be done. Thats what you get. Ill just go to Sams Car Wash. They know how to wash a car and you can get personal service if you need it.

Horrible car wash! I wasted $10; supposely a good car wash and a good tire clean but it was the opposite. Parts of my tires look dry and my car looks more dirty then how it was . Im disapointed and most likely i will not take my car there again!
