Johnathon and his team were great from the first communication. The final result was even better. His communication and explanation was what you would expect and left my mind at ease. They did three different vehicles of mine, BMW M440, Mini and Tacoma. All of different ages but they look GREAT! the BMW is new and now it looks better than the day we bought it. I cant recommend Carolinas Finest Detailing enough! This is money well spent.

Took my 2015 car in, hadnt been detailed in a while and the interior was looking rather grimy. Exterior had visible swirls in the paint from too many non-touchless car washes. Frankly, I was just trying to get the car ready for sale.After Johnathon got through with the car, I shelved my plans to sell the car. It looks brand new! Paint swirls are gone, and the interior has regained its lustre. Its a brand new car!

I cant recommend Johnathon and Carolinas Finest Detailing enough. I saw his great reviews and before/after photos online and decided to give him a shot. I first brought in an older vehicle of ours with 7 years and 100k miles of daily duty. It’s hard to explain how good it looked when he was finished. There were scrapes that had accumulated that were nearly gone! I didn’t realize anything short of respraying the area would have helped. It was like having a new car again. Next I brought him a brand new vehicle to have paint protection film applied to the front. Johnathon went above and beyond by cleaning up the entire vehicle while he had it. The car only had about 2000 miles on it when he got it but it was returned looking better than it did on the showroom. He was also able to remove all of the factory badging from the rear hatch to make thing look so much cleaner and less cluttered. These cell phone pictures don’t even do it justice. I will certainly be returning to Carolina’s Finest Detailing for all of our future needs.

I had been shopping around for a little while to get the swirls and minor scratches etc taken care of on my S2000. I am very particular about the maintenance and cleaning of my car, and I dont just take it anywhere to be cleaned/serviced. After speaking with Johnathon at Carolinas Finest Detailing, I felt very comfortable and confident giving him the business. Needless to say, him and his staff did an amazing job, the pictures really dont do the quality of work justice. My car looks brand new, and I havent been able to spot any swirls on the car. On top of doing an amazing job, the customer service was among the best I have ever received anywhere. Johnathon answered any and all questions, and was very good about communicating throughout the entire process. The service was worth every penny, and I would happily bring my car back in the future. Just picked up my daughters Accord that was well...abused. He spent two days on this 12 year old car and made it look brand new. The leather is steamed and protected. He buffed the paint. Restored the lights. And much more. He also previously ceramic coated and applied clear bra to my wife’s SUV. We will be back when my new Aston Martin is delivered.

My “new to me” SUV was already pretty clean but had a few small exterior defects that needed fixing and the interior had a remnant odor of whatever cleaning solution that had been used previously. Originally had window tinting, detail, and ceramic coat placed on vehicle. Had to return in less than 2 months because ceramic coat was peeling in several places. After having it fixed there were chips of coating missing from the hood and the only response from the owner was your hood is still fully protected. I dont mind paying top dollar for a service but I expect top results for said service. Terrible customer service, would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive done two cars in the last 12 months with Carolina’s Finest Detailing. A brand new Mustang that they did paint correction, polish and ceramic on. The car came out amazing, when I brought it back to the dealer for some work even they couldn’t believe how great it looked, put it next to a car the same color on the lot and the Mustang rocked it. Care and maintenance has been easy due to the great work done here. Finding honest, hard working and great detailing is hard but I drive two hours just to get my work done here.Just recently had another car done, probably had not been washed or cleaned in a year due to moving etc. They took excellent car of the car, made it look amazing, and the interior looks new. I’m grateful for such work and reasonable pricing also.I have three more cars on the list for them!You wont go wrong with these folks!

Amazing work - had multiple chips on our vans hood, as well as a large scratch on the side. You can hardly tell that any of those existed now. Incredible work - AND he gave our car a wash, added tire shine, and took care of another scratch on the other side of the van! Exceptional service, highly recommend to anyone!

His shop is a perfect, clean, pristine environment, and he won’t sell you what you don’t need. It was done on time, and looked beautiful. I went with the 1 step paint correction and exterior detail, and it looks brand new. He also did the little things like tape off molding and headlights while polishing, so I appreciate His attention to detail.

Johnathan did a great job. My car had some scratches on the outside and the inside needed a deep clean. He was able to make it look almost brand new inside and out. I own an F-250, which is a very large vehicle, in Ruby Red Metallic paint. I think the color is great, but after Johnathon got done it seemed to have depth and richness that I hadn’t seen before. A+ 5 stars. Great experience over all, no nonsense and quick response via email, picing broken Down plainly. I got a brand new 2016 Subaru crosstrek limited edition with white leather interior and metallic black paint. Had opticoat pro and clear vynl wrap done along with glass coating and interior leather treatment. The metallic flecks really sparkle now and I dont have to worry about color transfer to the white leather. Even took it by the dealership and they said it looked better then when I got my car (brand new) from them.
