They have a lot to choose from Eric was very informative on everything, giving us options. They will allow us to prep our rooms reducing cost for our church, will have to keep them in mind for our own home.

Scott and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) from Finishers installed the floor for my “She Shed” and cased the windows. I couldn’t be more pleased. Also very personable. I’d use Finishers again for sure. Like other posts I’ve seen, you may spend a little more but isn’t it worth the quality?

I called seeing if I could purchase a quartz kitchen countertop but I would be having my own contractor install. At that point she got very rude and begin belittling the gentleman doing it for me and assuming he was not a license professional. very unprofessional. I will not be doing business with them or suggesting them to anyone

One of their vans in Fargo ND was driving VERY carelessly. Had I not slammed on my brakes the driver would have rammed my car because he wasnt paying attention. When I called the number that was clearly printed in the van, of course he didnt answer his phone. Left a message. While doing so the driver almost rear ended me while I was turning. The owner of the phone which I can only imagine was the driver of the van, then messaged me back saying it sometimes happens. If the owner of this company thinks that this is ok, they must be ok with horrible employees which would lead me to believe their service and products are horrible.

They sold me terrible overpriced flooring that Im so unhappy with. Tiles stain and damage easily. Ive had tiles replaced and still more have been damaged just through normal wear and tear. Flooring isnt that old either. I would never recommend going here.

I had the pleasure of meeting up with Eric this morning. Very professional. I indicated my intentions on a future fixer upper on Grosse Island, and he hooked me up with great ideas. Home Depot, as well as Lowes have similar products; however I prefer to support a local guy, with a family. Besides, HD flooring was rather subpar and or JUNKIE, versus his presented samples. They install what they sell.

Everyone is so nice,professional . Eric made my husband and I feel comfortable upon entering the store . And they had everything plus more that I was looking for. The installers were great. I couldnt ask for a better team to give us our bathroom upgrade . I LOVE IT. I highly recommend finishers unlimited to everyone .you won.t be disappointed .
