First time I came in I had about three hours until prom and was unsure what exactly I wanted but knew I didn’t like how it was. The person who cut my hair helped to guide me in what he thought I should do and it came out excellent. I am very pleased and not only will I certainly come back again but I also would recommend them to anyone.

Polite and scheduling appointments by phone so you dont have to wait for 2 hours outside for a haircut.

So nice and helpful! I’ve NEVER had a good cut with my curly hair but the girl who cut my hair today helped me figure out what would look nice and took her time making sure my curls did not get messed up 😊

Turned away at 9:30am on a Friday. Said they were too busy to give a 6 y/o boy a haircut. One person in the place, it was a ghost town. The only person in the pace was done while I was finding another place on my phone... Installed the great clips app, made an online reservation, and my boy was getting a haircut 10 mins later. I think Ill go to great clips for now on. They seem to want the business more than BoRics.

Great place and very friendly

Experience is usually good to great here however it is never consistent. All depends on who you get. Early morning crew when they open seems to be more able to get you in and out quick with a good clip.

THE LADY WHO CUT MY HAIR WHICH I WAS SO NERVOUS TO BEGIN WITH BECAUSE I HAVE THICK CURLY LONG HAIR AND I HAVENY HAD IT CUT IN YEARS THE LAST PERSON WHK CUT .Y HAIR IT WAS A NIGHTMARE BUT THIS LADY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE GAVE ME TIPS AND DIDNT PRESSURE ME TO BUY OVERPRICED HAIR PRODUCTS!!!

This place sucks! Allison is very rude! She said if she would hate to have hair like my moms and she would just shave it and get a wig.. She didnt even deserve to get paid.. I would have just said screw you and walked out without paying. She definitely needs to learn how to talk to her paying customers with respect. Then my sisters hair....clearly the lady who did hers was as blind as a fricken bat!! She missed so much hair and my mom had to fix it when they got home. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I went in for a bleach and tone. The girl fried and melted my hair. She also cut my hair, very messed up. Charged me over $100. I had to go some where else and have them do what they could to fix it. In the end I had to get a pixie cut because how damaged my hair was! Very messy, unprofessional and lacking in knowledge.
