Im new to the area ...Found this place online looking for highly rated auto repair shops in near me...definitely would recommend, very informative on repairs needed, friendly and reasonable on prices. Ill definitely bring all my vehicles here
The best Mom & Pop Shop in Monroe. I have done business with them for years. They are professional, reliable and efficient at what they do. I can send my wife (who knows nothing about cars) there and KNOW that Pancones will not take advantage of her. Thanks for your service to the community!
What a wonderful auto repair shop!! Workers are fast & efficient! Affordable. NOT treated like an unknowledgeable female, (although Ive limited auto know how...🙄)!Id recommend Pancones Auto Repair, to any & all!!Thank you... thank you very much, Jon & Crew...😎
I took my car in to have my rear brakes repaired. The staff was friendly and I was back on the road in a few hours. Highly recommended.
Awesome service and very friendly
Ive been treated like family there for years. They take care of my cars, my daughters car & now both of my grandsons cars. You can trust them not to do unnecessary repairs just to make a buck.
Took my Jeep in to have the muffler replaced and to check ball joints, they were very friendly. They had my vehicle ready very quickly. Very reasonably priced and exceptional service. Having just moved to the monroe area Ive found a shop that I will go to for any repairs that Ill need.
Mr pancone is a great guy always take care of his customers
Awesome guys, came to them with a few problems and they helped me out and got it done no problem. Would highly recommend.
This is a small shop on M50 in Monroe, and they took great care of my car. They replaced the serpentine belt once, and finished the work in under 24 hours. They also fixed an odd noise coming from the engine at a later time. They took great care of my car, and the service came at a good price.
Wonderful people! They are friendly and trustworthy! They explain car issues very well for us to understand. They have been very honest with us and fair.God bless there business!
This is a family owned business that treats their customers like family. Nice clean waiting area. Great when it comes to explaining what repairs are important and which ones can wait. Prices are reasonable and people are trustworthy.
They lied to me and I caught them red handed. I went in with my wipers fuse them at had went bad causing my wipers to keep going without being turned on. I told them that they just randomly stopped and wouldn’t start again and that I thought it burned the motor out. They took that opportunity to tell me that it was indeed burned out and wouldn’t work. I told them I wasn’t going to fix it then but when I got my car back the wipers started working again meaning that the motor was indeed not burned out and that they just wanted to line their ticket. Turn around and go to Paul’s.
Very good pricing got me right in and out with no problem. The staff was friendly and was very convenient.😁
Very professional! John is a great guy full of knowledge an does great. Helped me as much as he could on prices when he did a complete rebuild on my trans and transfercase.. Very good work!!! Recommend to everyone
Great tires good price
Sam & John are very helpful and honest mechanics! Its hard to find a mechanic out there that wont find other things wrong and charge an arm and a leg! Not at Pancones, Not only that, they made us feel like our car was a priority!
I like to think that Im a critic, this place is exceptional. The people here are transparent and they always give a good price along with great timing.
Never had a problem bringing in my own parts or not, great place to go for repairs n done quick
2nd time, there great.
Did a great job on an emergency weekend brake job and replaced 1 tie rod.price, honesty and workmanship was on par with my normal mechanic Downriver that Ive used for years.
I was at Pancones auto today. I received very professional service. I would recommend them to everyone. John is very knowledgeable, and explaned everything that need to be done before he did any of the work.5 stars in my book.
Been using this repair shop for some time. Honest family business. Stand behind their work. A little expensive but worth the piece of mind.
Very good at what they do and honest people.
Very friendly staff and decent prices for a little shop in monroe
Honest and reliable service
I took my 2006 Honda to be repaired at Pancones Auto, which is the first time since owning it that I needed any repairs done. It needed a ball joint and a computer sensor. After picking it up, I noticed my ABS light was on. Pancones put it on the scope again with no charge. Unfortunately, my vehicle now needed a wheel sensor which was a cost of $139.00. I called another auto shop and got a quote for the same work, which was $95. I called Pancones Auto, and they said they would match the price of the other shop. They were also quick about doing the work, so I could have my car back by the next day. I was quite pleased with the result of my experience at Pancones.
A few years back I took my car in simply because this shop was close to where the engine went out. It turns out the timing belt had broken. They took the car in and finished the work within a few days. The car was running great, until a few days later. I was pulling up to a stop sign when the engine cut out again. I had the car towed back to Pancones where it was found out the the timing belt had broken again. The workers response, Oh you must have been going pretty fast for that to happen again. This isnt a racecar you know. Which doesnt make sense to me because surely if they had done quality engine repair, I would be able to drive the car with the revs reaching levels that the automatic transmission deemed safe. So rather than take responsibility for the belt breaking again under their work, they lectured the customer. After they repaired the engine for a second time, took about a week for the belt to break a third time. Needless to say I took it to a different repair shop (Joe Lake Tireman) where it was found out that while they did replace the timing belt, they neglected the timing belt tensioner which was so worn out that it didnt function at all any more. This pretty much guaranteed the timing belt to keep breaking. The belt never broke again after taking it to Tireman. This was some of the worst auto work and customer service I have ever had. I could never recommend them to anyone.
Professional
John and crew are excellent mechanics, they know what theyre doing. Very knowledgeable about any kind of car problems. I would highly recommend this shop for any automotive repairs or services
