Thanks for the great personable service. I was able to get my tires with a rebate that was expiring the next day. Pomp’s was willing to work my car in so I could benefit from that rebate before it expired.

While on vacation with my husband, we picked up a nail in our tire. We stopped in to Pomp’s tire to see if they could put a patch in the tire. The first thing that came out of their mouth was no. They didn’t even look at the tire to see if they could help. They mentioned that they had 4 workers out. They had a couple workers standing in the shop without any vehicle’s. I asked where else we could go since they couldn’t do it and he made a few phone calls then proceeded to tell us that he could do it in 2-3 hours. We left and went to Corp Tire in Lena, IL. They pulled us right in and fixed our tire even though they had other things to work on.

Arrived in Monroe with a flat tire. They were able to get me in right away and it only took an hour. Staff was polite and the waiting room was clean.

Got a same day appointment. Only took 20 minutes to plug the hole in my tire. The price was cheaper than the others I called. Nice friendly staff!!

I called Pomps in the late afternoon because I had a flat tire an hour and a half away from home. The only Pomps store that had the right size was 41 miles away. I could not get to the store until 4:30..a half hour before they closed. They got me in right away and had me back on the road by 5pm. I cant begin to explain how much I appreciated this! I was able to get home as planned!

Made appointment for tire rotation, dropped off before they opened, parked car in front of entrance. Called to see if work was done on my lunch and they didn’t complete work since I didn’t see anyone at drop off. They said there are envelopes for keys, didn’t see anything nor informed of that when I made appointment. They were aware I would be dropping it off before work. All I got was work was not completed and do I want to reschedule. They had make/ model of vehicle and appointment scheduled and they put the tires on in January. Completely disappointed. Going somewhere else so much for free tire rotation.

Pomps has always been fantastic and up front with me. Never have to worry about mechanics lying to you saying more is wrong to get more money. They are always on time and efficient.

The service at Pomps is always on point. I have taken 4 different cars to have to oil changed and various other repairs and replacements and every time they have done a great job.I had a Nissan Sentra and they had to replace some front end parts and there was one little part that broke when they removed it, original part, one of their mechanics drove around 2 hours to a junk yard and back, and didn’t even charge me for that. That was like last year or 2yrs ago, just in January of this year, I had the Nissan in for a oil change and the mechanic wanted me to see two rust holes in the structural integrity of the car, and told me it was time to replace the car, as they were unrepairable. I took my Ford truck to a local dealer in Monroe for an oil change on Tuesday, Nov. 10. I was told I had loose ball joints on my truck with 38,000 miles on it. Being quite skeptical I stopped by Pomps and had my tires rotated and my ball joints checked. They said there was nothing wrong with them. It is very nice to have such honest trustworthy shop like Pomps in Monroe. They will continue get my business and my oil changes in the future. You guys have always ROCKED.

My wife had a slow tire leak.I was given an appointment for the following day, and the problem was fixed. The usual good service I have come to expect from Pomps.The week before, however, I had my snow tires mounted. When I paid my bill, I was presented with a small plastic piece from the center of the hubcap which had been broken. No apologies or offer to make good. That piece cost me $34.42. I purchase all my tires and have my tires swapped twice a year at Pomps. I would have expected a little better customer service with this issue. Normally I would have given 5 stars.

I spoke with Dale at Pomps in Monroe WI, about ordering tires. I shared the Firestone tires put on the vehicle 31/2 years prior and only 39k mi on a 65k tire seemed unfair. I furnished the bill I paid. Dale did a pro rated refund and applied it to the new tires I had installed 10/27/2020 . Only thing questionable is they put a new valve stem on the vehicle. It does not match the vehicles sensor system thus, the low tire signal is on all the time. I guess I will have to deal with that at some point. I would recommend Pomps to anyone.

Im not happy about being told my Durango was undriveable when some how the fourwheel was partly engaged and was not told there was a problem until i returned and asked what was going on was told by your highly trained techs it was like that when it came in and no one had a idea as to what was going on but said i should make a appointment to have it looked at i put it four wheel and took it out problem gone will i be back i dont think so your service after the sale sucks
