I want to start off by saying that I am not one for reviews but I just have to give Allings Auto & Truck Repair a review. Allings Auto & Truck Repair is one of the best mechanic shops around. Glenn the master mechanic, has 30+ years of experience working in this industry and he is second to none, in the industry. I had dropped my truck off to have a motor put in it and Glenn and his staff had me on the road in just a few days. This family owned company is amazing. The honesty, communication, reliability, quality, work ethic and customer service. just exceeds any shop I have ever been to. They are VERY committed to providing the best service and value to their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend Allings Auto & Truck Repair to everyone in need of any repairs done to their vehicle.

I have been getting my annual inspection from this group for about 3 years they have always been helpful and work quickly.

Great couple to work with. Took my 96 F250 in with basically a laundry list of things to look at and do from rear brakes and drums to changing fluids. They are honest and reasonably priced. My mechanic for sure be it good or bad for Glenn. Great work.

So refreshing to use a business that is honest! Allings is absolutely the best! Took my truck to the local Dodge dealership and what a scam. They gave me a list of things that were in need of repair to the tune of almost $7,000! I then took the same truck to Allings and although there were a couple of items that needed repairs as the dealership recommended, Glenn explained to me what truly needed repairing. DO NOT USE DEALERSHIPS. Take your vehicle to Allings Auto &Truck repair. I saved over $6,000 by using Allings and have complete faith in them. Great experience!

I get my motorcycles inspected there since they are local to me, but even more so for the friendly and quick service.

Allings has quickly become my go-to mechanic, even though I dont live in Monroe anymore. I gladly take the detour to bring my vehicles here because I know that they take the time to thoroughly check and quote fair prices for their work. On top of normal repairs, they are very accommodating to emergencies as well. 10 miles into a trip to Florida my tire was completely split by road debris leaving me to drive a quarter mile at a time followed by 5 minutes of trying to re-inflate it just to get my car there. They took my car right back, got me a good tire at a good price and we were back on the road within an hour. I really cant say enough good things about them!

I called and made an appt -and was very clear on what I needed them to do- which was fix everything that had came up on the diagnostic they had previously done for me as well as fix my AC. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday thinking they were working on my car, yet on THURSDAY they call me and tell me all these reasons and ask me all these questions about my car, when I had made it VERY CLEAR on what I wanted them to do to my car. When I spoke with the wife she had trouble understanding my requests and told me that they were going to pass and I could come and pick my car up. What? Why? How rude? Was my car not good enough? I just moved to Monroe and their business is very close to my residence and I was hoping for an nice, wont take advantage of me, welcoming, and good service auto guy. Well Allings Auto is not IT!! I guess they are too good of a place for me.

Very happy with service received at Allings Auto and Truck Repair. Very nice and pleasant to talk with. The work they did was excellent and at a very fair price. They kept me informed, and gave honest recommendations before making any repairs. I had taken my vehicle to other repair shops and they couldnt fix the A/C problem. Allings not only located the problem but fixed it and now the A/C is working great. I would highly recommend Allings for your automotive repair needs.

These guys are our go-to mechanic in the area. We have a MINI and a Honda and Glen has no problem servicing either, including specialized oil and parts required by MINI.They never pressure you into having work done that is not needed. Even when I’ve gone to them asking them to do a job the dealer has recommended, they’ve told me I don’t need the work. This kind of honesty keeps me coming back!Glen and Kelly are a great team. Glen is a no-nonsense, get the job done quickly and competently mechanic and Kelly makes you feel right at home when you’re waiting.You can’t go wrong with this place.

Wow! What a great experience! I have several older cars due to teen drivers that seem to always need something. I have found my new go-to mechanic for all my needs. I brought my sons truck in for an issue that had been worked on by another location previously with not good results. Kelly was completely honest with me about our situation and worked with me to get the repairs done within a budget that we could manage. I was especially impressed with how much time they took to make sure I understood my options. I love that it is family owned and they live in the community. I believe you can really trust them to be honest and to provide quality results. We will definitely be back!

Always hate having to get car repairs. But I know that Allings will be fair on price and do a great job. They have been in the auto repair business for a long time. That is not an accident. Highly recommend.

Ive used Allings for our 3 vehicles for several years. As our vehicles age, as is expected, a bit more auto work is needed. I trust them - to me this is key with a mechanic and auto repair business. A few times I have shared with my neighbor, who is a mechanic, what I had done at Allings and showed him the bill. Each time he has said thats a fair price for that work. Secondly... Two weeks ago, they did a somewhat major repair, and in the process, most likely (and inadvertently) knocked off/out some sort of connector to the wiper fluid tank. I took the car back in. THey could have said to me that it wasnt their fault or that my car is 14 years old and it was going to break soon anyways but they didnt. They quickly fixed it, without fee, standing by their work.

They do great work, treat their customers extremely well, great prices, and fast and reliable work. Would definitely recommend. They know their cars!!!!
