Would not recommend this dealership. Brian one of the salesman did everything he could including bring a car to our house to test drive to sell us a car but as soon as we purchased said car he stopped helping us. It took over a month to get our car back in to get the leather seats in that we purchased. The rental car they provided us and dirty, gross and we had to put gas in it. The same day someone had to come out to our house to swap us a different rental car. Our car came back two days later than told. When we got the car back they did not fill the tank from at least the gas they used. And Brian made a comment saying if he knew the car needed a vacuum he would have got it done. Why was it not looked at two days ago when it was finished. The customer service after purchasing the car was not good at all. I called to speak to a manager the same day and it has been a week with. No call back.

Had very good service. Didnt like the diagnosis of my brakes. I dont ride my brakes or pull anything or Heavy loads. 20000 miles and all four rotors scored up. eveeryting else went fine.

My parents had bought 3 cars years ago from Allen Chevrolet and my grandmother needed a new car as she had hers for 24 years and she did not want to put anymore money into it. So I took her out car shopping and my parents both recommended Allen Chevrolet that they were the best. My grandmother had fallen in love with the Chevy Equinox and wanted a brand new one. So I called and spoke to Rachael to see if they had any specials and the car my grandmother was looking for, she was extremely helpful and they did. So we made a appointment and I brought my grandmother up the next day. We were greeted by Joe who through the whole process was so kind and helpful and beyond sweet. My grandmother was thinking it was going to be as stressful as the other dealerships we had been to, so she was so happy the process from test driving to getting approved to signing the paperwork was all so easy and relaxing. We could not thank Joe enough. I am thee upmost grateful that everyone we met was helpful and did not talk down to my grandmother because she has no idea about new cars as its been 24 years since she bought her last one. They were so helpful and even April offered to come pick up my grandmothers car when she needed a oil change because she lives close to her. I can not say enough how amazing everyone was and my grandmother is so happy about her new car and very appreciative that Joe took the time to help her learn some of the features and how to adjust her mirrors and seat. My parents were right to recommend Allen Chevrolet and I will recommend Allen Chevrolet to others looking for a vehicle and Joe who was the best! I am also looking forward to coming back at the end of the year to get myself a new car so I look forward to doing business with Allen Chevrolet and Joe in the near future.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for today to test drive a specific vehicle. Kayla said the vehicle was there and scheduled for today at 10am to meet with Daniel Ruiz. I received a text from Daniel yesterday before they closed to confirm todays appointment then another text this morning 15 minutes before we were scheduled to confirm once again. Thought that was great. I let him know I was on my way and would be there at 10am. Once I arrived, I was greeted by David and stated I had an appointment for 10am with Daniel. He went to let Daniel know but returned stating the specific vehicle was not on the lot that an employee had it at their house and was going to call to try to get it there for me today. The employee was on a boat so could not bring the vehicle in. He offered for me to test drive the same vehicle but in a different color. I was frustrated but said okay. He then came back again and said he did not have that one either. 1) wasted my time driving there (30 minute drive), after confirming the appointment twice, for the vehicle to not even be on the lot 2) Daniel never came to speak to me. David had to tell me himself. While David was the fall guy and apologized several times, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Quick service needs to stay away from full service side. I hope this is not a permanent idea. It should not be a 40 minute wait or have to make appt for oil change! This is what brings me back to you. I love this feature. In and Out with no wait. Even if there is a 20 minute wait in line isnt a problem. What would be the difference than going to a 10 MINUTE OIL CHANGE or DIY at home? I ended up making a appt for oil change, tire rotation and radio software update. I arrived at 9:15am but did not leave until 12pm. This should have not taking almost 3 hours to complete. Software update I could see taking a little while. But this is why I wanted to stop in day before just for oil change but I wasnt going to wait 40 minutes just to be seen. I have had previous oil changes here and the longest I have waited with oil change and tire rotation was 30 minutes all together. I am not sure what the plans are or how management is handling this during the construction but you guys do not have it together and need a better solution.

The initial trade in and purchase of a new vehicle went well. Afterward though I was unable to get ahold of anyone. 3 weeks after my trade in my bank stated they still had not been paid off. I left voice-mail, talked to a manager, and finally my sales person who stated they would investigate and call back. Neither of which did. A month after purchase, my trade in was finally paid off. They kept telling me it was overnighted to bank and they didnt know why the bank didnt get it. But they didnt provide a tracking number like they said the would call back with. They then told me my new financial institution would mail me everything I need for my new car. 5 weeks later and Im just now getting my initial papers which state my payment due date, which was 2 days ago.I feel they have poor communication, lie, and dont really care. I wouldnt have purchased from here if I didnt need a more affordable 3 row vehicle. Jeep was 100 times better.

John Becerra was a blessing to us. He really cares about people above anything else and that made all of the difference to us. We have had bad experiences in the past buying vehicles and were hesitant to do the process again but he really made us so comfortable. Not to mention staying with us late, past closing and still no pressure whatsoever. He wanted us to be happy and comfortable whether that meant buying a vehicle or not. As silly as it may seem it felt like I was talking to an uncle or family member with the genuine concern and care he showed us! He is a wonderful person and I highly recommend going to him if you are considering purchasing a vehicle. I also have nothing but wonderful things to say about the man who helped us with the financing aspect, I wish I remembered his name! He also stayed late and helped me navigate all of the features of our equinox..never rushing me and again genuinely happy to help and answer any questions/concerns. Both gentlemen assuring us to call or come up if we think of any questions after leaving or needing help with anything else! John also bought me a matching license plate cover for our SUV and it about brought me to tears that he cared so much for his customers. Everyone we came in contact with at the location was a pleasure to speak with and I would definitely go here as my first stop in the future purchasing a vehicle.

Everything was great considering the work put into my truck. My only comment is that my check engine light came on two miles down the road. I dont have the time to get it looked at right now. I will have it checked out as soon as possible.

Very disappointed with my experience. Went in to get pads and rotors replaced and wound up high and dry without a car for the weekend when the dealership decided to send everyone home early for the holiday. No notice was given so a 30 minute drive to Monroe and the locked doors of dealership were how I found out they wouldnt be open until 6pm as they had stated earlier. Best the dealer could do to resolve the issue was offer a free oil change, which barely makes up for my time and gas spent making an extra trip to get the car, let alone the inconvenience it caused my holiday weekend.

Absolutely amazing. I had a RPM problem with my Silverado and before this dealer I took it to another dealer. They told me they couldn’t find the issue. I took my truck to these guys, they found the problem within a day and I had my truck back the next day, wasn’t very costly either. Super friendly and fast service. Chris from services was amazing to work with. He let me explain everything and he wrote it all down with great detail. 10/10. I will be back for more service in the future.

So your parts team is down by 3, your at Home plate and the bases are loaded you need help so it comes from; 1st pitch (AutoZone) strike one, 2nd Pitch (Oreilly Auto Parts) strike two, 3rd pitch Allen Chevrolet (what? a auto dealer?) Grand Slam...yes, a grand slam from an awesome parts department at Allen Chevrolet. Talk about success! I have sort of an odd duck vehicle, a 2007 Saturn with a Honda engine and transmission. (In 2007 Saturn ran somewhat independent of GM so they chose the drive line).Anyway, with me in a rebuild it/fix it mode needed to buy parts for this odd duck needing Z1 trans fluid. Honda dealer ($$$) Autozone no have for you, Oreilly rude and nada, Allen Chevrolet - $8.49 a quart. In addition this the super kind parts dept staff, Dan and Josh, took the time to tell me that the oil was, in fact, available at Oreillys but for 9.99 a quart. Dan also made sure that Josh had all the information for me in case he wasnt there. Who knew? I was so happy I had to tell someone, so I took the time to personally thank the Dealer management (John) and expressed by gratitude, in kind, he invited me to grab some rib-off grub they had from their rib event that day. My power was out due to that pesky storm, so Allen Chevrolet also took care of my dinner (which was great BTW the spicy ribs, Mac and Cheese, Yum).I used to think as a dealer parts dept as the last resort, I can tell you from now on its going to be my first call. With the quality staff that took care of me that day, it will also be the place I get my next car as well. Cannot thank you guys enough! There needs to be a bonus star in this rating system because Id give it to Allen Chevrolet and their staff.

He was personable and I did not feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle I had gone to see, but that is in fact what I had done.The purchase process was easy. I was given the option to choose who I wanted to finance through. As with any vehicle purchase, it took a little time to get everything compiled to finish. Once ready, the purchase completion was quick and easy.Although the vehicle was in perfect condition, Mike had a quick prep was done. I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado and just this past Tuesday, the check engine came on and I called and spoke with Chris, whom I believe is the service advisor. As freaked as I was and worried not getting my truck in timely, he calmly set me up for that Thursday @ 7:30. Upon my arrival, Chris greeted me with enthusiasm and friendliness Ive not seen in quite a long time from any business. He explained the process would take approximately an hour to read codes, and being that my first oil change was due, he had it driven over to their Quick Lube following the reset of the codes (nothing wrong with truck). He was nice enough to walk and point out the waiting area for the oil change. I was in and out in 75 minutes....Total! Look, Im in the same business and this type of attitude doesnt come along very often, as most of the time the customer is there with an issue and service advisors can become defensive. Not Chris, he was very professional, courteous, outgoing and a very friendly demeanor, there to truly help the customer. So, Thank You Chris, for an outstanding experience.

Easy in and out for an Oil change and tire rotation.

Went in because I was hearing a really loud grinding noise coming from the front of my car. They diagnosed it as a bad wheel bearing and replaced it all the same day. Also changed the spark plugs and brake fluid since I hadnt had that done yet. My only complaint was that I needed my electric-drive unit fluid changed but they read the manual and said it wasnt necessary. I think there was some miscommunication there. I shouldve said to them that I NEVER had mine changed before. Hopefully Ill call on them again in a month and get that done.Great service! They even gave me a ride to my work which was just down the road.

Brian sold me a 2020 Equinox LT! I LOVE the car. We were originally there for the trailblazer, but it just didn’t fit our needs as a family. Brian showed us the Blazer and the Equinox. We ended up with the Equinox. He was very nice the entire time (even at my indecisiveness) and was great with my 1 year old who was along for the ride.
