John Whims put a proposal together for me the same day I reached out (the proposal was less expensive than the competitors for a great value as well). Bertha was very helpful and fun to talk with as we went through my application. She worked hard and helped me get everything done as quickly as possible! I am very thankful for her!

Super service, the best Ive dealt with.

This Nationwide agent was NOT on my side! After being a customer for 10 years, my auto premium increased $1200 per year with no warning, no phone call, nothing but a bill in the mail. When I called was told due to accident (hit a cement block out of my vision in cutting a cross a retail parking lot...no one hurt...front end smashed...damage was $$$!)and when I asked why I didnt get a heads-up notice or customer service call was told we dont do that! Well, I DONT stay with a biz that doesnt honor a customers loyalty; an agent that doesnt look out for me. So, I shopped, I interviewed agents, reviewed quotes, was forthcoming about why I was leaving Nationwide and found a caring, thoughtful agent that listened, gathered my info, consulted me in areas of my current policy that he could improve and make more cost effective. BOTTOM-LINE: effective today I am cancelling with Nationwide and becoming a very satisfied State Farm customer! I will be writing a glowing review for my new agent nextwho not only improved my coverage but reduced my premium below what I was paying before the $1200 increase!How bout that!?

John and his son Dave have been great. they always check in on me, and originally i switched to nation wide because dave was able to give me even more coverage and cut my cost in half from the company i was with(whos name i wont say). the Whims family really takes care of you. i tell everyone i know that needs insurance to give them a call. I had nationwide as a teenager under my parents and was pleased. I am currently shopping around for auto,renters and term life insurance. I completed many free, online quotes from local companies. I try on Monroe,Wa Nationwide on Main St. and after completing all pertinent information the website says it cant give me a quote and will have a rep contact me. The next day I receive a voice mail from their office stating that I REQUESTED THEM TO CONTACT ME!!!! I did not, I just wanted a no obligation quote. I checked and had an email as well from same rep stating that if email works best, email her back. I did so asking for a price quote on what I needed...no response, for several days. I feel they are trying to get me on the phone to hard sell me an insurance policy. If not, why could I not get a quote on the website when every other companies website gave me one, and I gave them the exact same info. Then on top of that stating I requested them to contact me when I did not, and lastly not responding to my email request for a price quote. Seems fishy, and unprofessional. I will not give them my business because if it is this hard to get a free, no obligation quote, I could only image how difficult it would be to file a claim if I ever needed to. BTW I am using my GFs computer so the name is incorrect on this.Not Jenn MuttDavid Brown

Called the other day to get information about a policy and Bertha informed me about everything I needed to know. Most insurances don’t really explain everything well and trick you into getting a policy you don’t even need. Bertha made sure I got exactly what I needed.

Possibly worst agent I have ever dealt with. Hard to get ahold of, does not return phone calls, completely messed up my policy, had to switch companies altogether
