WORST AGENT EVER. i wanted to speak with a certain agent about changes in the new laws. Receptionist refused and said I have to speak with who they deterime. They refused to cancel my policy and hung up on me twice because i refused to speak with whomever. Its my money and my choice not theirs. Worst agent i ever had. Never again.

Best agents in town!! Excellent customer service, fast & friendly all the time & very personable, will go out of their way to give you the best rates & help determine whats the best plan for you. Theyve even faxed over info to the Secretary of State for me to save me a trip to their office. They will make things as easy for you as possible. And when I did have to file a claim, I got super fast results & was able to choose from several local businesses for the repairs. I recommend this Agency to anybody who is looking for a reliable agent who will stand by them thru thick & thin. Nichole is my agent & shes the best!!!
