My husband was rear ended and we needed a bumper replacement. This is what we got when we picked up our car. The person who gave us our car said this is the best they could do and for us to wait 30 days for the sun to fade the bumper to match... we finally got a decent color match after going through our insurance to get it fixed once again. We expected it to look almost as good as what it was before the wreck, very disappointing that they let this car our of the shop looking like this. Never going here again.

They even went as far as scouring the parking lot for a piece of gold jewelry i lost moving my massage table back into my car from the rental car... it was found & returned back in one piece... what a great group of men & women!!!

As of 1-19-21 Owner lies, they never contacted me as they said they would in his response.(Original message) Not done when promised, poor paint job, and my door hinge was left loose. (hand tight). Update: I contacted owner as asked, weeks later no one has contacted me.

Had them repair a minor fender-bender. They were done on schedule. They kept me informed of the progress. Their repair work was very well done. Ill use them again, if needed.

Had to drive to this Amazing caliber collision from the other newer caliber just up the road in Indian trail infront of walmart they wouldnt do my estimate due to my insurance already knowing what was damaged guess they wanted to milk someone instead of help someone. This caliber is incredible polite staff that dont want to start argument with possible customer or ask for all my claim number and insurance before my name and how my day was and were able to start on an estimate in no time, very good price on it as well they were extremely fair on the estimate. More than likely will be doing business with them for ever. And would not recommend the newer caliber to anything people, animals, nothing. This one I will gladly hand business to.

CJ was great, from start to finish - he helped us with the estimate and intake process, as well as, kept us updated throughout the repair with daily updates and texts. The car was done earlier than expected and looks great ! 10/10 would recommend.

I dropped the car off on Monday picked it up three days later and they had already done the bumper, grill, headlight and painted. They kept me up-to-date via text with progress as well, very pleased.

Promised to have our vehicle back Tuesday since we took it to them Thursday of the prior week and so did crossroads ford and here it is Tuesday and we are to leave in a.m for vacation. Nope wont be ready. No one at either place could care less about it. No effort was done to help us. Now we lose our vacation and no money back from the place we were staying. Screwed again!!! Stay away from both places.

I had my car repaired at the Caliber in Monroe off of independence Blvd and couldn’t be more satisfied. This caliber team kept me informed at all times, was very professional, and even cleaned my car after the repairs got completed. The quality of repairs and workman’s ship I received from caliber was exceptional! I will recommend Caliber to anyone that needs work done. I would love to rate this place, but I cant! My husband scheduled an appointment to have a windshield replaced where a deer had hit it. We had taped the windshield to keep pieces of glass from falling in. Abrus guy came out, never looked under the tape, but said the molding was dented. Then, he said whoever put the glass in before (dont know who or when that was), glued the glass in vs. using clips. Said he couldnt do it. My husband removed the glass himself, cleaned all the molding and glue and had everything ready for the glass to be replaced. And no, there is no dent in the molding...the guy only felt around the edge and felt a dent where the glass was about to fall in. Anyway, we rescheduled the appointment with the whole thing ready, all they had to do is replace the glass, clips and molding. He talks to them today and now they say theres surface rust and they cant replace it. Not once was rust even mentioned when he was here (by the way, theres no rust either)! Their guy says he has pictures of the rust but we havent seen them?? I dont know whose car he took pictures of with rust, but its certainly not ours!! Why would a company turn down work?? Makes one wonder. Wont ever call them again for any work!

ABRA Auto Body shop (a.k.a. Wilburn Auto) did a fantastic job on the repairs to my vehicle. My new 2015 Honda mini van was rear ended by an SUV, at 45 mph, that never hit the brakes causing $8,000 worth of damage to my van. Ryan did a superior job of keeping us updated and answering all of our questions. The work is of excellent quality and Ryan was wonderful to do business with. Would definitely do business with ABRA again.
