I switched our office from a Comcast VOIP system to Rival5s almost 2 years ago. First off, pricing was almost half what we had been paying with Comcast. In addition to that, the service that we receive is 10x better than almost any other vendor I use. Our sales rep continues to follow up after two years into the contract and I receive immediate feedback and help when anything happens. Unlike the majority of providers, when there is an outage youre notified immediately and there is a knowledge that the issues are being worked on. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars, because Ive yet to find a technology company that treats your business like their own.

Weve had a great experience with Rival5 for our branch phone service. We have branches throughout Illinois and Indiana, and our Rival5 VOIP phones allow all of our branches to work together more seamlessly without expensive and complicated on-premise systems to maintain. Pricing is straightforward and honest, and the Rival5 tech support team is second to none. After working with one of the big guys in the industry and sitting on hold, and getting transferred over and over again when a problem occurred, working with Rival5 has been refreshing. The voice quality weve experienced has been excellent, and even our most skeptical employees have loved their new phones. If youre in the market for a new business phone system, these guys should be your first call.

We are an elementary school district with 4 schools and an admin building. We have been using Rival 5 for three years now. Their service is extremely reasonably priced and their support is outstanding. I have vendors that I can say I am happy with but this is one of the extremely rare ones that I can say I am extremely happy with.

Attempted to work with Rival5 for our new phone sysyem. Found them to be deceptive in the quote and network discovery process. Do not recommend.
