Randy was so helpful helping me set my new iPhone up. He answered all my questions and was so patient with helping me. Brendan also helped me get a discount off by trading in my old phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the trade in offers. Matt also helped fix my old phone and was extremely quick while doing it. Customer service here is great and I wouldn’t go to another location!!
So I filed a claim through my att app because I recently dropped my iPhone and it cracked, Let me just brag about the impeccable customer service the technician gave me!His name is Matt, and he was an Angel when I usually bring my phone to get fixed in previous years (not from this location) I have never even really received more then a hello! Matt made sure to say hello, ask me how am I give me some very helpful advice on why my screen cracked and about my case as well as some info on this cool service you can sign up for so all your devices can be covered if the break or get any viruses 🦠All in all it was a complete joy to and honor to have him work on my phone and I hope they know how valuable he is to their store because I really really appreciated how he treated me today !
Go to another store if you can. Marco is quite rude and not concerned with any issues you have with a phone under warranty, because, as he sarcastically asked.. Did AT&T make the phone? Why would we be responsible to fix it? Amazing, given I purchased the phone from AT&T. After speaking with the store manager it seems the store does not process warranty claims. I contacted AT&T when I got home. They were very helpful and processed my warranty claim without issue. Shocking treatment at the store. They do not care about customers.

Extremely rude and not helpful. I needed help finding a phone case as I was not sure which one would fit my phone . I said I believe I have the iPhone 7 as I’m not an expert on models of iPhones I asked if he can help me figure out what model it was. The worker said to me “that was a weird question” in a disrespectful tone then pointed to phone cases and said maybe one of these then walked away… Im in awe of how horrible and uncomfortable that situation was .
If I could leave zero stars I would. We have never been treated with such arrogance and disrespect in my entire life.

The guy that waited in us was NOT informative regarding our NEW phone purchases! I had to ask EVERY question regarding our purchase and plan and trade in! He was NOT friendly and had NO customer service! I am mad and Disappointed at my visit at this Mokena location as I ALWAline going there because of the friendly service they provide to me. Not this time. He should NOT be working there as HE DOES NOT INFORM the customer of the changes being made to the purchase! Very disappointed!

At&t store is slow and understaffed. You have to make an appointment beforehand, but in reality no one has time to make appointments unless you know beforehand. Just know that it will benefit oneself to create an appointment for this at&t store. Orland Park at&t store is faster customer service, but not as nice dealing with customers.Update 1/7/20:At&t employee notified that using the AT&T app would be a much better solution to getting the iPhone 12 promotion. A family member of mine ordered the phone. After 3 days, my family member checked on deliver ETA, and the date posted was Feb. 22. Family member checked again the night after and iPhone 12 deliver ETA is now March 12. With the delivery date so far pushed back, it would nullify the promotion and my family member would have to pay the full price of the iPhone 12.
I always try to avoid this store, but I needed something done quickly and it is the closest. I drive to a corporate owned store an hour away just to avoid this store.The good: its closeThe bad:1. The store only cares about pushing you opening new lines, that is how franchise stores make the most money. No means no, but they apparently dont understand that word.2. I am a FirstNet user which is backed by AT&T. I get access to FirstNet products and services. I was new at the time and signed up as I am a first responder. They informed me they had to open a new phone number and I could not keep my old one. Guess what, YOU CAN, I found out I could have kept my old number thanks to the corporate owned store I now go to for my mobile needs.3. Be careful of what they say and dont say to you. Never telling you the details is lying on the contract. Ive had my last straw with this franchise.4. It is a franchise store.5. Jonathan was useless.
First of all, I want to say, this store is overall great and has always been my go to for ATT, I’ve gotten many phones over the years and my family has as well. Yesterday I went to the store in the evening to upgrade to an Iphone 12 pro and was waiting around for a long time, there were only 2 employees working for the evening, compared to around 4 in the past. The first older male employee was rude (overall attitude) to me and told me the phone i wanted with the color i asked for (silver) was not in stock and to try another day, i felt rushed like he didnt want to help me and was inpatient as he asked me questions as he was signing in. he left to finish helping the other customers and about 20 minutes later, the second employee at the store helped me. the second employee, Marc V, was much nicer and did find me the phone I asked for that was supposedly not in stock at all (Iphone 12 pro silver). I also called earlier and the woman working there told me there was plenty of stock. . The original employee flat out lied to me. The second employee, Marc, was kind, friendly, all around exceptional and deserves a raise or promotion! Overall my experience was good as I got my phone but this store needs to ensure all staff is friendly and helpful, as well as maybe add one or two employees to help at the end of the day. Waiting around for an hour is no fun!Ps. also covid measures. everyone wears masks and there is sanitizer on every table, great job! but please make sure the sanitizer dispenser at the entrance is stocked too, because it wasn’t

Went to 2 other stores in the area and only this store had phones in stock. Do to covid-19, things were limited but the manager did an amazing job to keep things moving. Im pretty positive that under regular times this store would rock.
Terrible con job and we fell for it. Be careful - know your prices and plans before going in and if it sounds too good to be true - it is. We were told if we switched plans we would save money in addition to a better plan. So we agreed. Next day we get an email with estimated price that was way higher than what we were told. So, just switch back to the old plan right? Wrong! Att says you can’t have the old plan back anymore but they can squeeze you into a new plan that is comparable to your old one, meaning just as lousy but now it will cost $15 per month more. Congrats to Brenden for pulling this off. Super nice guy and I’m sure just doing what he’s told. Still, bait and switch is just wrong. Be careful. Oh and the best part is we spent almost an entire day on the phone and in chats with att just to get it straight- and by straight I mean, Switching back to a lousy plan for $15 a month more.
Brandon at the Mokena store is an EXCELLENT sales associate. We have now bought three phones from Brandon. It is worth waiting for him to be available to assist you with your purchases. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. It is always a pleasure to work with Brandon.
Marco Villarreal is the man. He helped us out a lot. We went in with a list of things that needed to be done. We were changing all sorts of things with accounts, merging accounts, and getting new phones. He was great. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this store and Marco.
Horrible company culture. 8 year customer of AT&T and for the first time I was floored by how they handled a dispute in 2 local stores. 1 kicked us out of the store because we were bothering the employee that was working. Called the retention department because we were ready to switch services at that time. We agreed and were promised a credit to the account on a recorded line. Later the credit was denied for whatever reason. Took it to the executive offices of AT&T and Nicole Lee who works for the office of the President of AT&T, well, lets just say did a horrible job investigating and handling the situation. AT&T came back and told her to tell us that nothing was said on the recorded line for the credit. I have an elephants memory AT&T and I know what was agreed upon, so, now they like to lie to their loyal customers. Goodbye AT&T for life. Oh and to the person that does the responses to these reviews, please dont respond with your boiler plate apology, I dont care what you have to say anymore as not one person was apologetic through the entire review of the situation, sincerely. Fix your culture, fix your management, fix your operations, fix your local stores, fix your signal strength, fix your attitudes, fix pretty much everything from top down. Verizon thank you for taking us with open arms.

Jose Campos was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I just purchased my first Samsung watch this morning and he really took his time going over all of the plans and options with me. He also made sure that everything was set up and working properly before I left the store. He was patient and attentive with all of my questions and concerns and did not make me feel rushed. He even offered to help me in the future with any concerns or issues and made sure I had the proper contact information to do so. I’ve been waiting to get waited on for an hour, I’m leaving this location right now and calling into the call center to remove a lot of my services. This is ridiculous I’ve never seen such terrible service. This location in mokena is the worst
BEWARE!!!! first off let me say, the employees at the store were helpful and did everything they could to help me. Management on the other hand is very very poor in the customer service department, specifically Lauren and additionally the regional manager. I was promised resolution to a discrepancy I had with issues pertaining to my direct tv account, not only did they not have the courtesy to follow up, they wont even return your phone call after numerous voicemails are left and employees leaving notes for them to return a call. I have been a loyal ATT customer for 15 years, recently I cut ties with their internet, tv, and as soon as the new Apple 5G phone is released I will unfortunately be terminating my wireless service with att soley because of this issue. Perhaps maybe the disconnect associated between management and clients is a reflection of how poorly the company is doing as a whole division and the drop in stock price while communications VZ Verizon rises. I hope newly appointed CEO John Stankey sees the way your management is treating loyal customers. If someone is not going to take care of an issue after there were promises made, then there needs to be accountability.

This is a great AT&T store. Jose always goes out of his way to make sure you receive the best service. He truly helped me by setting up my new phone and made sure everything was in working order before I left. You always receive the highest level of customer service from Jose and the staff at the Mokena location.

Visited the store today to upgrade our family phones, Brendan was the most helpful sales member we have ever met at at&t. He spent about an hour going though all the charges on the plan with us and told us what the most cost effective way for us to upgrade the phones and data would be. So glad he was there to help us.

I do not recommend going to this AT&T store. The customer service was awful and after three days of ongoing problems they were unable to activate a new cell phone I purchased. After wasting numerous hours and multiple trips to the store, Lauren Petersen (store manager), refused to refund the activation and service fees for the cell phone. I also had to fight with them to not charge me a restocking fee for returning the cell phone that they were never able to activate!!

This place is terrible. I asked for some assistance two days after a purchase and was treated rudely by the manager. She was much too important to take the time to listen, and solve something that may have been a simple fix, and then threatened me on top of it! Clueless!

Clean store, plenty of phone and accessories options. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Management didnt seem to listen to employees when employees were trying to explain something as if the manager didnt care and was just going to say what they wanted to say anyways.

DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIS LOCATION I was a recent victim of identity theft. The individual walked into a store in Mokena, IL with my info and opened an account. What photo ID was used? Seriously.. I would understand if this was online fraud but in person?! This location just caused a whirlwind of work on my end for the next months days and year. Dont go there, you cannot trust them!!!!

Every time I have an issue with mobile, tv or internet I come here. Expert customer service, Robert the manager goes out of his way to make sure any and all issues are rectified. There are very few places Id recommend but this AT&T store is by far an exception. 5 stars!

Thought we had everything squared away regarding a billing issue. Folks there were nice and helpful. But a while later, found bill was still messed up.
Where do I even begin?Spent way too many hours in the store dealing with issues that the store create for themselves. I am a knowledgeable customer and had everything ready yet their employees are untrained in not only selling you their service and phones but when you also go to return phones they completely screw that up as well. After multiple hours on the phone with ATT (because I never want to deal with this store again) and speaking to at least 12 different representatives, Im finally done for good with ATT.....But theres a catch. They try and push their additional promotions from Direct TV Now onto you when you blatantly tell them youre not interested. They tried to sweeten the deal by throwing in a free accessory. I caved and now after 3 months, Im still dealing with Direct TV Now charging my credit card and multiple attempts to cancel their service. Ive never been able to use Direct TV Now during my first month and will never ever give a penny to either of these companies again.Save yourself a ton of hassle and give your money to Verizon. AT&T, particularly this store is trash and will do nothing but waste your time.
AT&T is a company that loves to lure new customers in with their promotions while their existing customers get the shaft. I purchased a Galaxy 8+ last July, not even a year old, out of the blue it stopped working. Went to the store in Mokena, where it was purchased, the issue could not be determined, so a new phone would be SENT to me. They are a cell phone store, shouldnt they have replacement available in the store?? I was told that if the phone was in stock, it would ship out the same day and I would receive it the next day. Well, both of their employees lied, because when I received my shipping confirmation, I would not receive it until the 22nd which would be four days later. Thats because the company is too cheap to pay for overnight shipping for their customer. And on top of that, I would be receiving a refurbished phone, which means it probably malfunctioned or was broken in one way or another. REALLY???????????????

Brendan and Ryan did a remarkable job of helping me with a very difficult transfer of phone numbers and bill payments when nobody else could. I was there for quite some time trying to transfer my number and pay off my phone when my bill was combined with a home and internet account. These two representatives took on my problem head on. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service, but most of all, I was impressed that they were persistent in their efforts. When one option was shot down, they moved forward to solve my problem. What was most impressive is that they had never done this type of transfer in the past. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for help. They will get the job done.

Visited this store location with my family with the hopes of upgrading my husbands cell phone. Waited 45 minutes after being checked in only to have an older, white female walk in and taken right away for service by the sales associate Sandy. When I brought this to her attention, I was told its just for a service payment, youll be seen. We could clearly hear them discussing phone and tv plans however. We were finally taken by the associate Marco who had to lookup the answer to every question we asked, i.e. current sales promotions, etc. He simply read the answers from the tablet instead of talking to us. Finally after spening over 1 hour in the store we were told that the specific color of the model Samsung we were looking for wasnt in stock. We left upset after asking for the store managers contact info. Which to mention Sandy was still with the customer who was a simple payment. Clear racism and horrible customer service.
