I had a Coretec floor installed. From the initial sales visit to completion was an excellent experience. Mine was not an easy project as they had to demo carpeting and laminate. They had to move around furniture and appliances. But they made the entire process look easy. The quality of the installation was excellent. I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend.

Took me forever to pick out flooring because there were so many options from The Floor 4U. Even took samples home. Matt who is the owner was doing my install and ran into a problem within an hour of starting. Floor had white flecks in some areas and different boxes wouldn’t lock together. His team made calls right away and took care of the problem. He rescheduled me for the next morning with new flooring. Love my new floor and The Floor 4U. Couldn’t be happier. We ordered some vinyl floors from another company (will never go there again) and were short a few hundred feet. We tried to order the rest from that company and the price mysteriously went up quite a bit. Being unhappy with them, we looked around and asked Floor4U for a quote and the difference was huge! Since then I have always kept them on my radar.After having the floors installed (from another company)I had Floor4U install the perfect vent. All I can say is Wow!! Matt came and did a great job!Dealing with Floor4U has been such a blessing. Everything has been easy, from making an appointment to having them installed. Truly a great company. Just had new floors put in almost our entire house. The people at The Floor 4U in Mokena were very professional and did an amazing job. Even our handyman who dropped in shortly after they were finished was very impressed with the quality of the floors and the job they did. He said he’s been around a lot of bad contractors, and he could tell that these people really knew what they were doing. That was quite a compliment coming from him. He’s even decided to put the floors in his own home. Anyway, just want to say how very pleased we are with the floors and with The Floor 4U. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I cannot recommend this store and in particular Lou Ann Haan enough! What started is just getting new appliances turned into getting new flooring in my entire house and new countertop sink and backsplash. Lou Ann added so much value to my purchase! She came out and measured my home. She listens well and has a great eye for design. I am thrilled that I will have beautiful updated flooring and an updated kitchen with in about 6 weeks. I feel confidence in what I chose and so excited for the process to begin. Great store with many samples and fantastic servant hearts! Highly recommend them 💗

My basement flooded during the stay at home order it was a blessing in disguise. I went from ugly purple carpeting to a beautiful coretec floor!Matt was so accomodating got my floor done pretty quickly so I used them again to get my upstairs hardwood floors refinished and New Kitchen cabinets. So in love with my new kitchen and floors!

We absolutely love our new floors. The installation was professional and clean and was done in the time quoted. The installed woodwork trim (at an extra charge) very reasonable and well done. I would for sure have them back.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life! Paid a $1000 deposit for the company to arrive on Friday, May 14th, scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Nobody showed up, when my husband called, he said they got stuck on another job from the day before and couldn’t come until Saturday. (And nobody felt the need to communicate that with us) I called back and said that was completely unacceptable as I run a business out of my home and needed my home back in order by Monday morning. Tim said he would pull his guys from their current job and they would be to our house at 1pm. 11am and they showed up, my husband wasn’t expecting them 2 hours early and we asked them to wait 5 minutes for him to return and they left. Called and said they would be out Saturday morning at 8am. Well, 930 and nobody showed up again! My husband called Tim, yet again and he said they wouldn’t be able to make it now until Monday morning!! This is NOT how a business should ever be ran! My husband took 2 days off work to make sure everything was prepared for them to arrive, meaning our house was in complete shambles and unlivable on the first floor and they brushed it off as not their problem. What an absolute joke of a company and I will be reporting to the BBB as well because you can’t just take money from people and not complete a job! Do NOT deal with this company! Just don’t take your chances!

Where do I start!!! From the beginning to the end my experience was no less than perfection. Tim was AMAZING and Matt and his team was even more AMAZING. They beat their competitors price by far and they had perfect floor options. I tried to save on cost by doing my own demo and they even assisted with that. The floor for you redid the flooring in most of the rooms of my home. I was connected with them through Pehrfection Home Improvements. Tim was my salesman. He was pleasant, patient, and very responsive. The job was done in two days, they worked extra hours to ensure it was done in two days, and it looks amazing!! This company proved to me that they wanted my business and treated me accordingly: with respect and professionalism. Tim came out and took the cue from me whether I had a mask on or not. Appreciated this thoughtfulness before entering the house. He measured, brought in samples, and answered all our questions. He also used the Coretec app to take pictures of the rooms and emailed us what they would look like with each selected flooring. He generated the estimate while still in our home and even asked if we felt it was competitive. At the time, we didnt know but after other estimates, we felt it was competitive and also felt comfortable with the kind of service we were already receiving. Tim allowed us to hang onto the samples so we could make a final decision. After deciding, we found out that the one we picked was on backorder. He apologized and explained the situation but put us on the schedule for a specific day. He called a few weeks later telling us the product came in early and offered to schedule earlier. Tim has replied to all my communications with him with friendliness and did not appear bothered. Even after the installation, Tim responded to me when I texted him that I scratched the floor moving furniture back. He stopped by on his way home and put on the recommended product (Tibet Almond Stick is awesome!) which made the scratch pretty much disappear. As far as installation, Matt Pehr (the owner of the company) and his son came right on time and finished installing (we did the demo) by early afternoon. He does the floors himself because it seems to matter that the service meets his high standard of excellence. My wife said he was knowledgeable and he left all the information we needed to care for the floors correctly. BTW, the Coretec floor was beautiful and was exactly as we envisioned. Dont know how other flooring companies are but we were completely satisfied with this experience. Hope this review helps.

We had our kitchen floor replaced today and the whole team was awesome. They did fantastic work and cleaned up all of their mess. Our Kitchen looks absolutely beautiful now! Friends don’t steer you wrong! I asked my favorite Handyman for a referral on a flooring company, based on price and quality workmanship. His response was The Floor 4 U in Mokena. Basically, we had the 1st floor flooring removed and replaced. In the living room we went with a prefinished hardwood and the rest was COREtec flooring. The prices were great, the products look fantastic and the installers were top notch. Everything was delivered and installed on time .... A true team effort .... Thank you Matt, Jamie and Tim.

Great customer service, great pricing, very professional and more. I had LVP installed and with a crew of 3 they were able to complete it in about 6 hours. They made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left.What makes them standout of the competition is that they do custom register vents made out of the LVP I had installed. These vents are made out from the actual panels that are being installed so the color is exact and flush to the floor. This was huge in my opinion.Everyone else does not offer these custom register vents and uses the standard metal vents you see with carpet, very ugly and not flush with the floor.

We really enjoy the Coretec flooring that was installed. Everything was done to meet expectations and the job was left very clean!

The pricing for the CoreTec flooring was incredible. The installation was poor. No attention to details and sloppy work. They left a mess and when I confronted the owner about the mess, he said it was unexcitable. He also made promises about concerns we had and didnt deliver on the promise. Overall, I absolutely LOVE the Coretex flooring product, but wouldnt have Matt do the installation.

Im so glad I found Matt & his team at Floor4U! I started with the Coretec HD PLUS in my bathroom and was thrilled with the results. The flooring was beautiful and I was so happy that I decided to replace the flooring in my living room, dining room and hallways. I own a Flooring company in AZ called Carpets of Arizona and my brother lives in Mokena. He wanted some flooring for his basement home. I was planning on getting Coratec for him and flying out there, but before I did that I checked in the area first and everyone kept telling me about this guy Matt who is the best at installing Coratec flooring out there.Ok cool that saves me some time and money. Then I heard he is also the largest Coratec dealer in the area so his prices would be really good.I called Eric (sales guy there) and he told me about a cool system they use that would save my brother money. I loved the idea so much we are trying to implement the same system here. I wish I could get Matt to do my installs. He gets them done in one day, which is insane.Oh heres the best part my brother Dan saved like $3,500 because he didnt have to tear out his tile. Im going out there in November. I cant wait to see how Matt installed this floor.
