We recently bought a home that was in desperate need of new carpet. This was our first time having to replace carpet so it was a little overwhelming. After reaching out to Creative Carpet, I was immediately put in touch with Jake Bouquet, who educated me on the different types/materials/styles of carpet available. We visited the Highland showroom the next day and took home a few carpet samples we liked. A day later Autumn came out and took measurements of our floors. We let Jake know which samples we liked best and he was able to give us quotes same day.On the day of installation Oscar, Ivan and Armando had our entire house re-carpeted in 1 day. Last week we had our linoleum, tile kitchen flooring replaced with luxury vinyl planks and carpeting replaced in the living/dining room.It turned out absolutely gorgeous! From the sales/quote/suggestions on material to use with Cody Bouquet (who is very knowledgeable with good follow up), to the delivery of the materials and last to the actual installation by Edgar and crew everything occurred seamlessly and efficiently. I thought it was just Michelle that made my experience with Creative Carpet an excellent one. I went to pay my deposit and she was busy but another nice person took my payment. Then the scheduling guy was nice and easy to deal with. Or do I pick the other person who answered the phone who told me what kind of transition strip goes between tile and carpet. Every person working there led to my stress free carpet installation. Even the two installers were kind, courteous and professional. They even ran a vacuum at the end and left the job site very clean! I am sorry I only used Creative for carpet as their tile people probably would have rocked too!

From day one with taking samples home to the very end with floor installed Creative Carpet was awesome. Michelle started it at the showroom, {warm and friendly} helped answer any of our questions. Amazing job! I’ve been wanting new carpet for a few years and finally decided to do it. Found Creative Carpet and all of the positive reviews. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and talked to Brian and he was at my house on Monday taking measurements. 2 weeks later I have new carpet! The quality is awesome and I love walking barefoot on it. The installers were super polite and careful with everything as well. Definitely would recommend to others.

Creative has a huge variety of carpeting samples on display. Even though I had a definite vision of what I needed and had done some research, it would have been extremely time-consuming and somewhat intimidating to review the possibilities without Brian Bersons help. He found the type and color quickly and lent me the color board. The measurer came a couple of days later. The installers were professional and efficient. Dealing with the folks in Mokena was a good experience.

We went to the Highland store and were welcomed as soon as we walked into the store. Autumn Sibo helped us through the whole experience. We were never once pressured to go with a more expensive brand. She listened to our home needs and concerns like if the pets got sick on the new carpet and she explained certain carpet is harder to get sickness out of. She was very thorough on how the whole process worked and the different types of carpet and padding. Ordering samples was quick and easy. We received them in the mail quickly. She then told us who was going to call and set up an installation time. We were contacted accordingly and the installers came out within a week and a half and they were respectful of our home. They wore booties and rolled out a rug where they walked. They were courteous and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We are very pleased with the whole process. Creative Carpet & Flooring is a wonderful company to work with. A few years ago we bought carpeting from them. When it was time to get a vinyl plank floor throughout the first floor, we didnt hesitate to call them. They ripped out carpeting in the family room and living room and removed an old laminate floor from the kitchen and hallway. They had to build up the floor in the old carpeted areas with plywood. All in all it was truly a wonderful experience, at a fair price. The installers were quick, courteous and did a terrific job including a complete clean up. I used Creative Carpet for my basement flooring and carpet. Cody and the staff there made it a pleasurable experience. Every employee I spoke to was extremely helpful from choosing the flooring at the showroom to the final install. The installers came on time and everything was communicated very well during the entire process. The finished product in my basement came out absolutely amazing.

Creative Carpet & Flooring redid our band loft in the Chicago Christian HS music room in Palos Heights and they were WONDERFUL! The personal touch from Cody was fantastic, as he took the time to walk through what was possible and extremely accurate estimates. Cody was also very fast with coming back with carpet samples and his email responses were lightning fast. As for the crew responsible for the work, it was flawless. Everything was tucked in extremely nicely, the work space was very clean, and the remnant was stored nicely under our stairs for later use. Absolutely the best!

Everything was great from start to finish including my trip to the store to find the perfect carpet. Very helpful!The two installers were perfectionists and did a superb job with all the details. My room had a lot of cutouts which would have made it difficult for the best of carpet installers. They came in looked around and went right to work doing what I would call a 10 star job. We used Creative Carpet & Flooring to install carpeting in 7 rooms, a hallway and steps with a landing (approximately 1800 sq. ft.). During my first visit to the store, Michelle assisted me with my selection. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me, as I had many questions. Everyone was very professional, from Michelle to the person who came out to do the mearurements to the 3 installers. Went in for a quote for a 100sq ft room that does not have any furniture and already removed previous carpet in the room, I was quoted 750$ by Brian for one of there lower quality carpets, he did not explain price per square foot or any details, just said “here’s my card, call if you are interested”, save your money and go to someone who is not trying to take advantage of you.

Our experience was great. The installers were polite and worked well. They completed 2 rooms in a reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend Creative Carpet!
