There were two older women with one who sits at the front desk, she was very rude and barely helped me through my testing and had an attitude the whole time I was here. The other older women with short brown hair was wonderful and very nice. For a testing facility there are lots of noises and sounds for a quite environment to the point where they give you your own ear plugs. Glad I wont have to come here again.

The secretary was a bit lost when I came in for my test slot. They were unsure of the forms of identification (state-issued drivers license & voter ID) I brought in to verify my identity. The email I provided to them had the necessary details that I needed to get for my screening test to be approved.

I LOVE THEM AND THEY HAVE IMPROVED, I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING TO ME
