I am so happy I found Chris and his team! I took my Cadillac Escalade in to have it detailed and the paint corrected as another shop had nearly ruined my vehicle. It was so bad that I was embarrassed driving it. Chris had me come in and he looked over my vehicle and he promised me he could get my vehicle back right. He went above and beyond to bring my Escalade back to life. My vehicle looks new again. I am so happy with his detailed and professional work. This place came recommended to me and after going, I understand why. They were professional and did a thorough job detailing a car that was a disaster. It was the car of a relative who was a hoarder. I emptied the contents of the car, but it was filthy & smelled. They were kind and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about the condition of the car when I brought it in. They made it as close to new as possible and I was pleased with the outcome. I had an issue with one interior part needing replacement and they were able to provide me with recommended businesses to consult with for the replacement which also saved me money. I will be back and will recommend others too come here for their auto detailing.

I highly recommend On the Spot Mobile Auto Detailing. My car is my baby and I dont trust just anyone with her. I had an incident involving a 5 year old with an metal excavator leaving major paint scratches. Not only did the team do an outstanding job, I had my headlights treated and also had some paint corrections made. I received pointers on what to use & what not to use pointers when Im able to get my hands dirty and wash her myself. Chris is a stand up honest guy and I value that. Being as picky as I am and a perfectionist, I know they will get the job done right!

Sadly, not professional detailing. Had them come back out. Even after the return, there was still remaining wax, a number of scuffs/scratches that I believe they caused. I have before/after area photos of some of the parts where the tore through paint that show that a few days prior there was no damage and then after there was damage. Rather than trying to help, the owner who never showed up while the work was being done simply states that his young guys didnt do anything to damage the car. But he was never on the job to check anything or tell his guys what my requests and concerns were or to check their work.

Great business and service. Chris, the owner, was very responsive to set up an appointment. Alfonso did the detailing and obviously takes pride in his work and it shows. He was all smiles when I picked up the car and walked me through all the work he did. He was upfront about the stains in the drivers seat not all being removable (in no way a failure of his skills - the seat is beige microfiber suede stained with diesel oil and brake dust) and the techniques he used in his attempts. I have three kids and three dogs, and the rest of the car looks better than when I bought it.I highly recommend On The Spot and will be back for sure.

Before the shelter-in-place order took effect, I brought my Highlander to On the Spot to disinfect and clean it. Two years of disgusting grime from four kids, two dogs and a lot of other people were completely removed in just a few hours. My SUV is immaculate! When my husband saw the interior he said he felt like he should take a shower before he gets in the car because its SO CLEAN! The steering wheel, gear shifter, and drivers side floor were so gross that I didnt realize it til they felt so smooth and new after the detailing. I used a flashlight to look at the job the guys did when I got home, and in the entire car I found one speck of dust hidden under my sunglasses. One. Unbelievable attention to detail. Now is the time to have your car cleaned at this level because it will stay clean for months! Plus its disinfected. Why didnt I do this sooner?!

Chris and crew did a fantastic job cleaning my Cadillac. The vehicle hadnt been cleaned in several months and it was filthy. When they were done the inside was spotless and smelled good. There were a lot of dirt stains on the back of my seats from the kids and it all came off and just looks great. The outside of the car was shiny and waxed. Our family vehicle is a 2016 Grand Cherokee that usually has two little ones in there snacking and making a mess so I told Chris I needed a complete interior/exterior detail job. My WRX had horrible paint swirls due to a construction company trying to wipe concrete dust off with a rag. On the spot not only put up with 2 last minute cancellations I had, but came out right on time and did an amazing job. We recently got a new pre-owned car that was previously owned by a smoker so it didnt smell super extremely fresh. On top of that, my younger dog gets anxious in the car when we dont have our other dog with us and she had an accident the other day on the way home. Chris was able to fit us in within a day of me emailing him. The two guys that came to my house were on time and super sweet. The car smells fresh now and you would never know that my poor anxious dog ever had an accident in the backseat! (I shouldve put our dog hammock in the car but was in a rush this time; Ive learned my lesson) Its so convenient to be able to have them come to your home and the prices are great! I will definitely continue using On the Spot for detailing.
