I love this place. When I was a single mom, about 20 years ago, I bounced a check. I had to drain my Christmas account to clean up my mess, a huge mathematical error resulted in me bouncing many checks. This establishment was so kind and gracious to me, no fee at all. I cried with gratitude.I would never go anywhere else.My car had not been washed since the pandemic began. They did a superb job, it is so shiny and clean.Love these folks!

Went there on Oct 1 2021 paid for ultimate and was very disappointed since there was spots on car not touched at all had black streaks on doors and the front of car still had bugs all over it. Will go somewhere else from now on to get the vehicle cleaned with people that take the time to do it right.

Wow, in town from Arizona, came here to get car wash, $26.00 and my car still had bugs all over the front end and they said it was done. Young man doing the work had an attitude and didnt want to be bothered to do the job correctly. I would never use the services here again. In Arizona the cost is half and they do a much better job.

Nice people but they definitely don’t know what they’re doing as far as cleaning. I’m not sure what they’re cleaning but I came back to my car looking exactly the same. For $26, go elsewhere.

Had car detailed. Mediocre quality. Told it would take 4 hours and it was finished in 2.5 hours. I finished vacuuming when got home. Debris in the third row, wax still on the sides. Advice, if scheduled for 4 hours, take the 4 hours and do a better job.

I took my car in for an interior cleaning and waxing. They half cleaned the inside of my car. The only person that was polite and spoke was the girl at the front desk..... two of the workers that were working on my car kept looking at me suspicious..... so I thoroughly checked my car when they were done to make sure nothing was stolen. The staff barely speaks English, and looks at you crazy when you try to say anything to them. I have had my car washed there plenty of times, but this was the first I went in for a detailing. NEVER AGAIN. I never felt so un-welcomed in a place. Also the waxing on my car was not that good. I will never go back to them for a detailing....... charged me 90 dollars for a half done job. Go somewhere else if you want detailing done.

Always a bit under-par, but reliable for being pretty consistent. They have free vacuums for your convenience too which earns them a bit more.

Great place. Automatic car wash is right next to the waiting area. There is a loud humming while you are inside the waiting area, but that is to be expected.

I went In and the front desk lady was great! When they were done detailing my car, my key was broke, and they took 3 of my items, I had to repeat myself multiple times to get 1 item back and they said they couldn’t find the other ones. If you go here make sure not to leave anything personal in the car, they did a ok job.

Always a great wash and they let me use a towel afterwards even though it was a self wash!

Full service...BUT...1. instructions to enter are impossible to follow.2. Workers directing traffic are rude and English is poor, thus hard to understand.3. Priced are waaaaay too high. I failed to mention cleaning my mats, so they vacuumed underneath but left salt stains on mats -- rubber mats.4. Salty dirt remained under front wipers.$24 + $5 tip and the car is still not cleaned well. Been there several times over the years but since the remodel have kept away. The recent snow storm made a visit necessary. NEVER AGAIN.

Car wash is ran very poorly with horrible customer service. Pay over $79 per month per vehicle and the guys upfront who drive our vehicle through the car wash has no people skills at all. Spoke toMgmt about this as well in which he did nothing. Will be taking my business elsewhere after today.

Bugs and dirt all over the outside of car on my hood, bumpers, grill, inside my door jams. Paid $78 inferior cleaning/detailing! Pictures available. Cannot go back till next week to complain. What an inconvenience and loss of money.

Fullers is great because you can get a monthly pass and they have several locations all over the Chicagoland area. $29.99 a month for a $14 wash that you can get every day if youd like. Thats a deal that you just cant pass up if you like a clean car like I do. Never had a power problem, highly recommend 👍👍👍

Paid 38.00 for what? A horrible job! For that price car should be spotless. They don’t even do the mats in a machine for that price. That’s 5.00 more. Interior was really bad job! Less price and better job at delta sonic!

Did not clean car very well.

I got my car scratched by them. Im not sure if it was the actual wash or the towel used to dry, but now I have about 5 scratches on my hood from them.

So Jason quickly jumped in his personal vehicle and went to an auto parts store and made sure that they were able to take care of her today. Wow! That is truly amazing! I honestly couldnt believe the results. Filthy truck to showroom new. The wash staff & the detail shop did wonders to my vehicle. Plus it didnt take them long. Even if it was there are plenty of seats inside & out & TV if you want. The staff was friendly, helpful & made my 1st time there with my truck perfect. Price is a little steep, but it saved me alot of time & effort, so I guess it was kinda worth it. Happy with the results & Ill be back again. FYI, there are vacuums available to use for free if you want to do the job yourself.

Literally told me they wont wash my car because it was too dirty. Who has a car wash that wont wash your car!!!! They asked me to turn around and leave!?I left rather furious and went to the next closest car wash that washed the car happily, and I tipped them appropriately. Avoid this place, the service is terrible.

For $3.00, you can get salt off car in the cold and its so easy. Ive never had a problem there.

Great Quick Clean Brushes

Dropped off my car for a full inside and out detail. Spent $150 for them to hand it back to me with a a big dent in the rear trim. I know where every dust particle is sitting on my vehicle and I would not accuse them unless I was absolutely positive about it happening while the be vehicle was in their position. They would not live up to it and they just kept talking about how their wash is touch-less. It cost me $500 to replace that trim at the dealership. I would have been satisfied with an apology of some sorts or a free wash to make up for something. I didn’t argue much, I’ll leave a review instead.

Exterior wash is great. The guy who did the front interior didnt do a good job of wiping obvious things like the dash, and cupholders which I paid for. Next time ill do a better job of checking it out before I leave.

I had such a great experience here. Cindy was such a ball of joy and really put a smile on my face. She was also super helpful in getting my girlfriends interior super clean for her birthday! I highly recommend this Mokena location especially if Cindy is working the front desk!

I usually do the package that includes vacuuming out the insides and I love it. Very affordable and the crew there always does a great job. About once a year or so Ill do the full detail and my car always comes out looking like new.

These guys are SOOOO nice. I thought I ruined my seats by using this seat cleaner I bought at the store. It stained majorally. Newer car and I was very upset. FULLERS CAR WASH is a nice, quick, easy stop to get your car clean. Prewash bucket available to get the bugs off and payment (choice of washes available). A worker guides your car up onto the ramp and your good. I do like going thru the wash its just fun and within a moment the soap is rinsed off, wax applied, tires shined and dried. I like to drive around to the self vacumn station to seal the deal with clean car mats and trunk.

Good car wash great price on basic carwash level for getting grime off. Wish the dryers did a better job.

Good value with the self drive through, the drying could be better. With full serve you are paying top dollar and you will find flaws in the finished product. However they are very efficient at what they do.

WOW. Bought a Used car that was filthy inside, took it here and they fixed it right up like new. Even the smoke stains and floor mats where like new.WOW. that all i have to say. Great job and Great price. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

I have had my vehicle detailed here before and several times at other places. Not as good as some other places Ive been to and not as good as they used to be.

Great service, same day detail

After returning home from picking up my car I discovered that the items found in someone elses car during the cleaning were left in my trunk while the items that had been in my glove box were gone, presumably given to the owner of the items i was given. A return allowed for the proper items to be returned to their respective owners but I would not trust them with my property again.

Unfortunately my respect for this business is all but gone. Had an incident where the car wash did damage to one of my cars. Right after it happened I talked to the only associate (Christian) working there on 1/1/18. He had to retrieve the broken gas door from the car wash. I had 2 cars back to back enter the wash this day. I was in the second car. The owner (Mike) and manager claim that this has never happened before and that the gas door had to be opened for it to break in the wash. Now I can, beyond a reasonable doubt, guarantee the gas door was not open while entering the car wash. When I asked for them to look at surveillance video to prove my point, the manager stated they don’t have cameras on that side (showing right side of car), then the owner states the cameras don’t work on that side. Well which is it? You have them and they don’t work or you don’t have them at all. And shame on this business for not having cameras working where you pull up to pay at the station. I would think you definitely want cameras to work here especially if anyone tried to break into the machines to steal cash or any other issue. Seems a little sketchy to me. I was told over and over that there’s no way the car wash did the damage yet it wasn’t broken when it entered the car wash. Very displeased with this wash and would advise to spend money elsewhere.

I can only press 1 * in order to be able to post my negative review. This is my third experience with Fuller car wash all three has been horrible. I guess its true as in baseball three strikes youre out. Customer service with the owner Mike Fuller horrid. I called about residue and all the above on my vehicle second time that I encountered the manager slash owner and his unwillingness to rectify the situation. Last time ever going. Will stick with Sonic who am I am a member of. But needed a quick wash and thought to give them a second chance my mistake third chance never again as I stated before very little soap, horrible customer service, bad business.

Great for a $3 quick car wash. Always take advantage of the bird and bug station to pre treat those areas. FREE VACUUMS!

This car wash is worth the drive. If you pick the right time you can get in and out with a 3.00 dollar wash in a few minutes. With free vacuums you can get cleaned up in a jiffy. They do have a complete service available. Even Simoniz by hand if you want to take the time.

Brought my truck for a oil change and the tech broke 2 bolts off my skid plate off and ZIPPED TIED it back together and came in with a smile telling it was all done. DO NOT EVER bring your vehicle there you will regret it. Brought to managements attention he shrugged it off like it was OK. The absolute worst place to ever do business with.
