She was able to get us an auto insurance policy that was almost 1/2 of what we were paying with our old agency. She was relentless and tried every auto insurer possible to get us the best rate. Kerri at Hicks Insurance was awesome. We had been with Allstate insurance for over 30 years and all of the offices around us started to close, and we no longer had an agent and no one would help me. I did business with Hicks Insurance a few years ago, then moved my business away from them. They were good about contacting me every year for a chance to win back my business. This year, after three successive years of rising premiums with my former carrier, I did give them a chance to review my program and offer competing quotes. Saved me hundreds of dollars a year, I think somewhere in the neighborhood of 400-500 for 2 cars and home, while still getting me a reputable company. Knock on wood I never use it but they have always been responsive and followed up with me yearly as asked until I made the switch.
