When I first signed up with Allstate my agent was very friendly and helpful. I then filed my first claim. From that point forward I received no help. Dale Gordy instructed me to go to the Allstate website to file the claim. I received a call that same day informing me they received my claim and a adjuster will be calling me in a few days. I got an email from the adjuster looking for my banking information. Then NOTHING. I called the adjuster 15 times over a week and half period and went to voice mail each time. I called the main number and the person who answered denied my claim within 2 minutes without investigating my claim. I called Dale Gordy for help twice and asked him to look into this and call me back. Dale said hed call back regardless if he hears anything or not. Dale never returned my call. I was not upset my claim was denied. I was upset that Allstate can take my money for years until I needed them and it seemed like I was the bother. So I decided not to bother with Allstate. Hope you improve your customer service before you have no customers to service.

I highly recommend giving Dales Allstate agency the opportunity to be your go to location for all your insurance needs! The level of service and expertise is as good as youll find out there. He consistently takes the time to go through and review each quote and policy for all customers and provide a straight forward explanation for questions or concerns they may have. He will also take the time to recommend ways to save money as well as ways to improve coverage all at a marginal cost. His office is very attentive and friendly, presenting a comfortable environment where the customer is welcome at any time!
Took too long to receive a quote, and felt so confused and like the company could not get me an accurate or quick response for a quote. They were very unorganized. I will now leave this company that I was with for years, and sign on with a different one that was able to give me detailed and prompt attention about my policy.
