I needed a large box truck for moving and chose Enterprise because they are the best. The experience was wonderful as expected - Michael was an amazing help through the rental process - knowledgeable, courteous and a great customer service attitude. Truck was a newer International with Cummins/Allison combo that worked well for our out of state move. Process couldnt have been more pleasant and I highly recommend the Modesto Truck Rental store!

This place was great to rent a truck so we could tow a heavy trailer. Decent price and the manager Wesley offered to stay late if we were going to be close to closing.A few hundred miles away, we realized we lost a wallet. As a last ditch effort, I called Wesley and he went looking for it in the street where we hooked up the trailer. He called us back when he found it and held on to it until we returned the truck.Thats what I call super AA+ customer service!
