As an LTL driver for Tonys Express its very important to my company and I that are pickups are ready with no issue and a minimal wait time... And they deliver!! Im here at least once a week with a 15-minute load time. Thank you guys keep up the great work.

Check-in and check-out process could definitely use some improvement. Was totally ignored by the woman behind the counter. It was like I didnt even exist, and she even looked right at me, but still said nothing. Hopefully I wont be coming back here anytime soon
