I dont like having to fill in my own hours and then they dont call and let you know about hot changed on assignments and they never answer there calls

If I could rate them 0 star I would. Not professional and not responsive. I accept an assignment from Angelique and she informed me that if I couldn’t do the hours to call and left her know. I called over 24 hours in advance before the assignment began. I called the Modesto location and was forwarded to corporate/call center. I informed them and they said they notated it and she’ll get back to me. She didn’t. I haven’t been able to get a hold of the Modesto branch despite calling the call center for two weeks straight they informed me this branch is not responding to them regarding this situation. I was able to get though to them (Modesto location) yesterday via text message and they told me I did a no call no show and couldn’t use their services. However it’s notated I asked her to call corporate and she refused and ignored my message trying to explain my situation. Extremely unprofessional, lack of communication, poor poor service. There is no direct number for this Modesto location it goes straight to a call center. I just wanted to work for my family and select staffing failed me even though I did no wrong myself.

Best people to work for! They really care about their employees and always find work for me. Love this temp agency. Definitely recommend!

The ladies at select staffing are kind and do their very best at making sure you find employment. Whenever I had a question and call, they help me promptly and make sure all is well. A++

Worked for them a few times last year. While doing my taxes l lost my W-2 so l called about it. The girl l talked to was very polite and patient; she couldnt have been more courteous since l like to repeat everything to make sure it is correct. Companies can use more employees like her.

I gave them five stars because they really do go the extra mile to help you find the best job placement possible.

My husband went Thur them and there great they give you jobs fast. Very professional and nice.

Very unorganized! I had applied and they gave me an interview only to call me the next day and said I don’t have an interview because of a questionnaire that didn’t have any of my real information correct at all on one account of 2 accounts they said I had very unprofessional!! Very disappointing!

This staffing is the worst no even the one in LA.Ive been with select staffing for a while but the one in LA move here to modesto and when I call this agency the people on the phone are so rude I call to see what they have available and the girl I spoke to ask me if I was available to work anytime. I told her I prefer 1st shift and she reply well if your not available when we need you this is not for you and simply click the phone. I dont know why they think the came disrespect people over the phone. I wouldnt even give them 1 star

The agency its self is great hire on the spot if you qualify in their 6 month unemployment status just the location they hired me on has been giving me problems with my pay stubs im missing so many hrs and my on site boss has been lagging on adding my funds and its been 3months now.. if i can get a number to get a hold of someone and get this fixed id appriciate it alot .. cause enough is enough 3months is beyond the limit .

On the app they have they should be going by the availability and not what they want just because i wasnt available for 2-10pm twice and they dont look at the availability they suspended me from the app stupid

Why would you call someone in for an interview if you HAVE NO JOBS AVAILABLE but wanna say youre more than qualified for jobs they get...smh WORST temp agency by far

Iv worked for select staffing for 3 years in Los Angeles and never had a problem. I move here to modesto hoping to land a job and what do I get? Really bad service. Had me waiting for weeks, months, not once helped with a job. The Hispanic lady there is so rude and talks with attitude Im suprised she hasnt been fired for being the reason this select has nothing but bad reviews.

They helped me out real quick started working the next day but they were kinda rude but like i said i got work and almost the same day but i didnt like the job so they found me something the same day started the next pretty simple. I was with the one in tracy and the lady there was really nice and respectful and the ladys here in modesto arnt so but cant really complain started working real quick

This staffing agency is really unprofessional they are so rude and the immediate supervisor should look into that.
