Im so thankful for the staff here! A special shoutout to Gaby for being an amazing recruiter and super supportive! If youre looking for people who genuinely care and want to help you find a job, Availability is the way to go.I wont mention the agency, but before reaching out to Availability, I did contact another staffing agency and the recruiter basically told me that I didnt have much experience or skills so itd be hard for me to find a job that pays well, and she never contacted me again. In contrast, every time I was in contact with Gaby, she was always so encouraging and had a number of jobs she thought I would like. Another thing I liked was that the staff at Availability follows through on their word. If they say theyll call you or email you, they will. They wont waste your time or keep you guessing.If you value great communication, feeling appreciated and of course getting the results you want (and finding a new job or hiring new employees), you want to work with Availability in Modesto. Theyre wonderful people!

Absolutely phenomenal experience every time. Candace and Roy are really amazing individuals. They really care and look out for you. They are in your corner to hype you up and help you to find the best possible fit. They had me hired within a week. I love the company I am now working for and the job fits my abilities and personality, perfectly. They helped me negotiate a deserving salaries. 100% I tell everyone I know or meet to go through Availability because of Candace and Roy!

Reached out to Nicki after a friend recommended Availability after I was laid off from my last job. Talking with Nicki she seemed to understand me and what I was looking for with a new job. Process was a little slow and nerve racking being unemployed, but I eventually got scheduled for a couple interviews. Happy to say I landed a new position at a great company that I honestly hope to retire with!

Roy went above & beyond for me on a WEEKEND. I was 6 months on unemployment but as soon as I reached out to Availability (I had tested with them at the beginning of my unemployment season) -Roy had a job for me in less than a week! Saturday rolled around and Monday he had a job for me. I am VERY happy with my placement and the turn-around from temp to perm was FAST!!! Thank you Roy!!!! I appreciate you! Feels great having a steady income again! :)

Nicki was the recruiter I worked with and she was awesome!!! She landed me my first HR career right when I was just finishing up my last semester of college. I have worked with a different recruiter from a different company recently and it just helped me appreciate all the effort, time, and advices she gave me because there was such a difference between the two recruiters. Definitely wished all recruiters were more like Nicki! If you are looking for a job, go to Nicki! She will take the time to get to know you and give you all the advices you will need to land yourself a job you will love!

When I first walked in the place looked very professional and neat and everyone that worked there greeted me and it made it seemed like theyd care for anyone coming in through the doors of their agency, I decided to give them a try as this was my first agency to ever try out. When I did send my resume over to them for a position I got a response back like this....I did receive the resume you submitted to AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing for the Medical Front Office position for the Turlock medical practice.  That position was filled as of 10AM this morning by someone with over 10 years of medical front and back office experience in my head I said wow I didnt need to know all this information a simple answer would of suffice like the position has been filled and thats it, this person also made it seemed like oh the experience you have is not worth anything. Overall the back and forth emails I had with this person didnt seem as professional as I thought they would be. I have gotten better customer service from a Carls Jr, if this person is not happy at their job dont help or if this person was having a rough morning theyd could of taken a break and answer my emails more politely. Overall this being my 1st time trying out a agency I got a bad experience I dont know if I would ever try out a agency.

If you’re looking for a quick temp agency that’ll send you out to jobs without so much as sitting down with you to learn your name, this is not the agency for you. The APS staff will become your second family. When you first meet with them they’re going to want to sit down and find out about who you are and where your interests lie. They’re going to want to develop a close professional relationship. LET THEM. They will NOT place you in a position you can’t handle at a place you don’t like. They will advocate for you and be the best hype men/women you will EVER need! There’s nothing you can do to break the bond you will make with them, and you WILL find that job you’re looking for through them if you have patience and stay open and honest with your recruiter and team. You need a career/foot in the door/work blessing. They want to help. Let them. And, good luck 🍀🙏🏾💕

I went here years ago & had a great experience. Which is why I decided to try them again. Unfortunately, the experience has not been the same this time. I am completely unimpressed. Im not sure what changed from then to now, but it isnt good. Lack of communication is HUGE. And as a customer I feel unheard, unimportant, and unsatisfied. The company can attempt to justify this all they want, but in the end, a customer should never feel those things......period. I opened up a file at another Temp agency in Modesto yesterday, and these folks have done more for me in one day, then Availability has done for me in 6 months! That speaks for itself. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called a lady that works here I mentioned that im looking for an office job and that im certified but i dont have no experience. At first she said they are willing to work with me even if i never had the experience working in that field after i finally sent in my resume and called if she received it she told me they cant work with me because i have no experience after she told me before that they are willing to work with me.
