These people dont care about getting you a job at all, ive been calling almost every single day for a month and ive only spoken to someone twice about my application. The staff dodges questions and wont get back to you

I have been apart of the adecco family for well over 2 years now, It clearly looks like the representatives of this corporation have not been trained on how to properly use the computer software given to them, after going to the office in person I was greeted with the most respect which i admired, but once we got down to the onboarding process after completion the agent said to me she was having some kind of trouble, now if you read the onboarding it clearly states it takes 3 days for everything to process and the fact that the agent knew I wasnt processed on that day and made me go home and figure it out on my own is a big red flag for these corporations, they will take your money if your not ON IT! Lucky for me I keep track record of every single hour I work on paper, after being asked to send in hours through text so I could receive payment I was also denied my paycheck which should only take 3-5 Business days and it sure has been well over 5 business days. I called my bank to see if my paycheck was in the clearing house after the agent had just got done telling me they sent the payment last week.. this is NOT THE FIRST TIME. They do this to almost EVERYONE why do you think the star rating is so low BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS KEEP GOING BACK 😂 temp agencies are the most abusive force in the industry they know you have no job and will use that power against you. They are feeding off of the needy. I love the business model and actually have experience working in customer service, sales, marketing, and onboarding call centers in foreign countries. I think the agency has a great name and will continue to be around for the next century to come especially in small town Modesto with little competition and few options for the general population of our small town this agency has many great jobs to offer and will continue to serve the community I would like and expect a little bit of improvement from our management team and would like to see less people complaining about this agency since they hooked it up with a really great job kudos to whatever team name is involved with acquiring such great contracts youve managed to represent some of the great companies in the area which really make up for the horrible experience of dealing with DELAYED payments. Please keep in mind that this is not the first time that Ive had to go through this. I really dont care but i took the time out of my day to talk all of this S H I T so somebody like YOU could read it! HAVE A NICE DAY.

I rarely rate anyone but this time I had to rate adecco. I always wanted to work for blue diamond and adecco gave me the chance to work for them. The way things were going felt like adecco deserved 5 stars. About 2 months after working for blue diamond, an employee sprayed my wrist on purpose (and laughed) with some kind of cleaning detergent. I thought it was some kind of isopropyl alcohol. After a week or so my wrist started drying up so I reported it to my supervisor. They told me to go home and to a doctor. They gave me a cream/lotion and my wrist started to get better. I contacted adecco and they told me blue diamond hasn’t called to go back to work. This was 2015. And it’s 2020 and I still don’t know what happened. I went about two times to adecco’s office and they still won’t tell me what happened. And I’m not eligible to work at blue diamond. Idk if it’s blue diamond’s daily or adecco or both. Just for someone spraying me with a cleaning detergent (no one in blue diamond told me exactly what it was and the safety hazards). This to me is injustice. A job that I always wanted to work at and now I don’t even know why I can’t work there anymore.

TERRIBLE SERVICEMe and a friend both applied here recently. My friend with a felony record was hired and I was denied, only having a misdemeanor from 5 years ago that’s was non-violent and non-theft related on my record. I received an email stating that an adverse action against me was taking place and to contact them within 5 days if I had any info that could help overturn the decision. NO CONTACT INFO WAS INCLUDED. The next two 1/2 days consisted of getting the run around. I was directed back and forth between the corporate number and the branch office both telling me the other is who I need to contact, offering little to no help in my dilemma. I finally got ahold of HR and explained my circumstances to which he was very rude. Stating that “there was no negotiations” when the email clearly states I had 5 days to give “someone” the information. After cutting me off mid sentence and being extremely rude/talking to me like a child I hung up. I called back asking to speak to his boss. He denied me and stated “I’m definitely not overturning it now”. This company is TERRIBLY RUDE. The phone operators are CHILDISH and UNPROFESSIONAL with no desire to help YOU.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone in my life.

These are wonderfully helpful people who are honestly interested in helping you find employment quickly. If youre a hard worker who doesnt waste time or make up excuses you will deffinitely do well.

WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! Terrible and discriminating staffing agency!!! My mother applied and they didnt even give her an opportunity because she doesnt know 100% english! Wow! I guess now you have to know 100% english to work in an almond warehouse! Had heard a lot of bad things about this agency and I never believed it but now I can agree with everyone else and share our experience.

The representative Toni was so rude. Sat in the lobby area and I can hear her talking so rudely to a client. When it was my turn boy I almost flipped out on her, luckily I needed a job so I kept my cool. If it werent for the representative behind her I would of have this place a 1 star. Give this toni a few lesson on how to treat people. Psh.

Horrible. Just horrible. I had worked 60 hours and they only paid me for 39 hours. I had sent them actual pictures of my hours worked that were written down by 2 different supervisors. It wasn’t the only time and I never got paid on time. Inconsistent work.

They dont care for their employees..they just need workhorses..not worth minimum wage

My boyfriend got a job through them. He was told hed be on a 6 month contract. He is a good worker and even arrived early for shifts to help out as much as possible. They layed him off after 3 weeks and put us in a bad money situation. Will not be going back.

The chubby girl toni is not professional. They sent me to work at bronco winery and i only worked 2 days and quickly found a different job...but she was mad so she only paid me for 1 out of those 2 days...i think thats illegal so im filing a law suit againts her.

You know right away that this place is unprofessional when you walk in sign in and sit there for 15 minutes and not 1 person sitting at the desk greet you or ask you if they can help you.

It has good staff and very good job opportunities🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
