Horrible Place to get your phone fixed. Claims to have over 16 years of repair experience but have none. I have a Nexus 6p screen that is cracked and in needed of a repair. Ron told me that he would charge 30 dollars for the service since I have bought the replacement part. However this went down hill from here. Ron told me that he could not take the phone apart after he DAMAGED it by cracking the front part of the camera on my phone. He then told me that he would charge me 80 DOLLARS for the service if he could get the part that he damaged. He then told me that the part is out of stock however I saw one online the same day for 16-18 dollars. Ron then said he would only give me 15 dollars for the part because if he ordered it, it would be that amount (so he says)... after a good amount of time arguing he finally gave me 16 dollars. The worst CUSTOMER service I have ever had. I would NOT come close to this store ever AGAIN. I recommend a different/more professional phone repair store.

I brought 2 galaxy s6 in to get screen replaced and 1 i phone screen aswell. The technician was very nice and quoted me a reasonable price. He only uses original parts no aftermarket! He told me to come back later for pick up. I picked them up and paid. The phones look brand new again! I even got a warranty for parts and labor! I will definitely keep coming back here again!

Do NOT get your phone worked on by this guy. He has recently closed his previous office location and is now mobile. He replaced a broken screen on my iPhone with an inferior off-brand screen which never worked properly had had hot spots on the screen as well as faded colors. He acknowledged it was bad and said he would order a new one. This was months ago. Ive contacted him twice to be told it was on order. Gave up and went to another cell phone repair and was told the screen Ron used was the cheapest on the market, costing around $12.50 wholesale, and extremely poor quality. Ron charged me $128. I had Rons horrible repair fixed at an additional cost of around $100 but it is OEM and works.Stay away from Ron and his cheap repairs!

Fixed my badly damaged iPhone 5 display to make the phone like new! Very inexpensive ($80) and you dont have to pay until the work is done, unlike some other cell phone repair stories I read about in reviews at other repair shops in town. Fixed it in 30 minutes. They did a great job fixing my daughters phone. No one in our city would touch this repair job. I would come back if I needed another repair.

He had my daughters iPad for 4 days to fix a charger port. Not only did he not fix it but he left it worse than when I brought it in. I think it may be bricked. It wont even turn on now. To his credit, he did refund me my money, but unfortunately now I have a $600 dollar iPad that doesnt work at all. I will never go to him and suggest if others are considering taking an iPad, to really think twice. He was very rude about the whole experience and said the iPad cannot be fixed. Even though it was working fine when I brought it in.

Just came by and checked out a faulty iPhone 7 for me. He diagnosed a faulty board which make sense considering this iPhone just stopped powering on abruptly.. He spent about an hour trying to figure it out and in the end didnt even charge me. Thank you for trying on a Sunday which most other businesses would be closed.
