Great place, have been doing business with these people for years. My Fridge went out on me and I tried to DIY. Well glad the people here are honest. They had me bring in my part prior to ordering and it was good. They could have just said well order your part and charge me for it. Its an electrical part, so I would not be able to return it. It would be my fault for trying to DIY. They saved me around $50.00 by not selling me the part.

I order a part from them and was told if I purchased it before 2pm wednesday I would get it the next day. I called thursday twice and not finally after almost the end of the day they told me it was being sent out from somewhere else and itll be friday or monday. Come Tuesday I called back and was told they havent even sent it from there warehouse, now I was told I have to wait until friday. I ended up refunding my money back and purchase online for next day shipping and saved $10. Lost my business for life.

This place is great! They helped me out in a pinch. Seconds before they closed. They had the belt in stock and saved the day. Thank you guys for a great experience!

I love stores like this! They always know what you need even if you dont know the name of it! Needed parts for a dryer because I am not made of money and BAM had it in stock! Dryer is back on and running smooth!!

The place is actually called Butchs appliance service and parts now. They had the thermal fuse for my Kenmore 70 series dryer for 22$. The man was very helpful and confirmed the information I had researched prior to coming in. Do some research and fix your washer or dryer for a fraction of the cost for paying someone else or buying a new unit.
