They had my daughters nintendo switch for over 2 months after lack of updates. They charged me to diagnose it but never got.an update on that either.I went there last Thursday and they told me that they will call me back on Friday for an update since it might be at another location.Now, the claim that they dont have it......As we speak, they dont know where is .I hope they find it.Now waiting for another update.

The main guy I talked to was very nice and professional BUT he took my tablet telling me it would be done in 2 weeks or so, he ended up having it for 4 months and kept telling me he couldnt get my new screen in. When I finally got it back from him he charged me 90 dollars. And now when I use the thing it Lags, and shuts off randomly which wasnt an issue before. Also every time I had went in there to check on my tablet there was nothing but shady individuals that would go in and out of that store. i will never take a electronic there ever again. Just take your products some where else

Ken & Veronica were very knowledgeable and professional. I came in to get some transmitters fixed on my ECU of my car and they were more than willing to repair my ecu.. FOR MY CAR. Saved me hundreds of $$$ and the price was VERY fair. I would go to them for any kind of electronic repair. Thanks again guys!

My laptop been there for almost 2 years and i havent got it fix its just to replace the screen they been telling me that they are going to call me as soon as its done never again taking it there i just rather get my laptop back 😡

Took my laptop in because it would freeze at the windows logo screen, and I could not access the BIOS either. Very clearly told owner that this is likely a motherboard issue. Was told that it would take a maximum of 4 days to figure out whats wrong, did not get an update until 7 days later. Was told there was no issues that they could figure out, all the circuitry looks fine, and that they would charge ANOTHER $175 on top of the original $40 I paid to install a new OS to JUST DIAGNOSE the problem (when this is clearly not an OS issue), and it would be $125 to install my own copy of an OS. Keep in mind they still dont know whats wrong with it.I declined and took the laptop back so I can try to figure it out myself. After googling for a mere 2 hours, I realized one of the NVME slots in my laptop is faulty, and having anything plugged into it causes the laptop to act up, which was as I originally suspected a MOTHERBOARD issue.I figured and fixed the problem in 2 hours, whereas it wouldve cost me $215 plus who knows how much extra if I stayed with them, I would not recommend these people for computer issues.

Fix-it-all really does just that, they can fix just about any electronic you bring in. Jason is the owner/main technician and this guy does quality and efficient work. Plus the prices on services are almost unbeatable, especially considering the quality of the work being done. So if you have an electronic device and it needs fixing then look no further than this gem.

Took in my PlayStation4 because my controller wouldn’t connect to it. I waited over a week for them to fix it and all seemed well when I left the store. They said it was “something in the settings that didn’t allow my controller to connect”. But after playing it for a few weeks (and I noticed right away) my controller was lagging a lot when playing. I also can’t access safe mode with my controller either now so I can’t just go factory reset it and try to fix it that way like most people do. Waste of my time and money. I won’t be back here again.

I always come to fix it all for all my repairs. They are the best and they have quality in the parts in town. I have bought so much stuff from this place they give me great pricing. The staff here has the best service I’ve been too. I’m from Vegas and the shops there are good but not as good as them. They have a lot of cases that are cheap and strong.

I was having an issue switching over my iPhone from T-Mobile and was at whits end when I stumbled on this place on McHenry. I am very impressed with how fast they took care of the issue and I ended up getting a great charger and other accessories. The service was friendly and the gentleman who fixed my phone was extremely knowledgeable and quick, definitely a great shop to have on hand for cell service and repair!

Terrible, they said they can fix my iPad screen within 2 days. ($120 - iPad 2017) 3 days pass they tell me theyre glueing it up. I walk in, they never got the screen (supposedly). They ask for a couple more days, I give it; they still never even began repairing it. Again, they never got the screen.(1 week time elapsed) Im sure they could have, I had a very unfortunate experience. The stand at the mall fixed it in 2 hours for $80.

My cousin recommended me this place cause his phone was worse than mine so I said okay imma go the seconded we walked in we were greeted and he was very polite he’s very good at multitasking so while you wait he keeps you busy and there’s no bad vibes he make you feel comfortable not pressured for what we wanted and we got a good deal I’m very happy the result me and my dad both got new battery’s and I went from a bad cracked screen to a beautiful smooth screen.

The guy assured me that he would be able to fix the motherboard on my galaxy s7, so I left it with him didnt hear anything back for well over a month, and when I finally heard back it was sorry man I cant fix the phone so you can pay to come get it back from me or I will recycle the phone. Do not come here if you dont want to be ripped off.

I took in my OnePlus 3 with the screen replacement already ordered.I walked in and asked how much it would cost. No nonsense or anything he said $60 and hed have it done as soon as possible. Walked around the other businesses and chatted with him when I got back. He only took about 10-15minutes in total just to do the work. I was impressed other places wanted me to leave my phone and come back the next day. I recommend Jasons services he does good work and has good prices.

Talked to Jason about replacing the battery in my laptop, he quoted me $60 and said it would take a week. I dropped it off the next day. Showed up the next week, first he couldnt find it and when he finally did the laptop wasnt touched. Guy wrote my name down on it and said he was going to put it on Jasons desk with a note. Came back 2 weeks later and still not touched. Picked it up and left.

The Worst Service Ever! Do not take your phones or iPads to this place. This guy is a joke and honestly does not care about his business or customers. I give him a few months if that and he will be out of business. Your getting a bad rep in Modesto and that can’t be good for business! Wow, so sad that you just can’t get it together and make promises that you can’t keep!

Jason was excellent at his job. Took about a half hour to replace shattered iPhone 6 plus screen and the price was cheaper than I expected.

After I left a another cell phone repair store I came here because I saw there reviews and they really are really good. They fixed my phone in 30 min and gave me a lifetime warranty that covers only manufacturing warranty. I will always go to fix it al from now on. Don’t go anywhere else only here. They were so nice and cool and they make us feel welcome. Thank Jason I’ll be back when I break my stuff.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Put my phone in for repair as a birthday gift and they said it would be 4 days. 4 days pass no call and I go in to pick it up. They tell me the piece was defective and it will be another 3 days. Those days pass and guess what, no phone. Piece is defective again. They say 3 more days, again. Dont know if they went to business classes but they should. Customer service is not a priority.

Got my screen replaced here today. And First of all the screen is not flush, which is already driving me crazy. My home button on my phone feels so loose that it feels like it’s going to fall off. My home button was never like that until today so that’s another thing that’s annoying. Their whole procedure of unlocking a phone is just odd, I’ve never heard of a place needed to contact my phone carrier before unlocking the phone. I should have just taken m phone to city cel to unlock it. But the screen not being flush and my now LOOSE HOME SCREEN button is driving me crazy. Disappointing especially after paying almost $100.

I am very dissatisfied with service. Took my iPhone 6 in for water damage. Jason promised to work on it immediately as the longer it stood with water damage the more irreversible the problem. Said to give him 3 days. Upon the 4 days and no call, I went in to get update. Big hair guy tells me that Jason is the only one that can work on it and that he was out in Tahoe buying illegal fireworks. To give them a week. Week being up came in after no call, to find from a third employee that the phone had not even been worked on and was just sitting in the cabinet. Never again will I come here.

I couldnt be more impressed by the service I received recently.Jason was able to repair my shattered Samsung S5 screen. In addition he was able to fix my ghost buttons that were corroded on my Samsung S6. (Yes, I have two devices, one for backup. )A perfect repair and at a very reasonable price.Ive already recommended them, & will continue to do so, to as many people as possible, and will definitely use them again.

I was fooled by the low prices and easy service. I had them replace the screen on my iPhone 6. First, the screen is low quality. Second, the screen doesnt sit flush with the rest of the phone, the bottom corner is popping out and the bottom hex screw isnt screwed all the way in. Third, Ive had sensor and battery issues that I never had before this replacement. I just took the screen off to try and fix the problem myself and found a loose screw inside the phone (which is why the screen wasnt sitting flush). Poor, poor quality and now Im not in the area anymore for them to fix it. I would pay a little more money and go somewhere else.

Worst experience Ive ever had with any store. I gave them my beats headphones and after nearly 4 months I got them back and and they werent even fixed. The main person working there orders all of his parts on ebay for very cheap that come from china. That probably explains why my headphones werent fixed. To add on, he told me he ordered a new part within the 1st week of giving them my headphones and after 2 months Ive waited long enough so I went to the store just to tell me that the part still hadnt came in and he checked on his computer and it looked like he never even ordered the new part in the 1st place. He then ordered a new part and told me I would have my headphones back the next week and after 2 weeks I called and he told me the part was lost and he ordered a new part so another 2 weeks pass and I called and told me that he couldnt fix them. So I wasted 4 months with false hope and promises. *DO NOT COME HERE* DO NOT COME HERE* DO NOT COME HERE*

Jason is my go to guy with my Samsung phone. I brought it because the charging port was broken. My phone could not stay charged. He fixed it right away. I must be pretty harsh with my phone because the same thing happened months later and he fixed it for me again, free of charge. My phone is ancient so the fact that he was able to bring it back to life is miraculous. You will not find a nicer guy to help you with all your tech needs!

I walked in today with my iPhone 6 screen shattered, and without calling Jason took it in, and repaired it very quickly. He made my phone a priority and fixed it for a very decent price. Im very satisfied with my repair and its like a brand new phone! Omg so i just walked in into Fit it all on Mchenry. And i was greeted so friendly. Jason the owner of the store is so nice and is knows how to sell. They are probably the best repair place ever because THEY DOMINATE the competition. Me and my Sister walked in and the vibe was really good. We felt welcomed and he finished with both of our phones in less than 30 mins. Not only do we have a new phone but we made a new friend with Jason. I came here with a friend of mine and she had fixed her stuff here a few times and i got my computer fixed and they did amazing they gave me warranty if i had any issurs they would fix it under warranty.
