I spent almost 400 bucks getting service. I am now missing a valve stem cap. Which Ive had to replace before due to leaking air after a visit to this dealer once already. Its almost as if its a purposeful thing since its happened again. The oil change sticker in window that was installed last time was just left there while a new one was placed right next to it. Making me scratch my head as to how much time that saved a tech. The service reminder also wasnt reset on the in car menu leaving me to look up how to do it and do it myself. These things are honestly pretty minor but the reason I spend the extra money a dealer runs me versus a well reputed mechanic shop near my house is because I expect everything to be top notch if I am paying that premium on top of driving 40 minutes to the dealer. If these little things arent finished 100 percent am I sure I can trust that the actual mechanic work was done 100 percent too?Staff wise, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. So no trouble on that front, but I dont drive my family around in the staff. I drive it around in my car so I need that to be at 100 percent.

1. If a customer request to receive a car wash and its something that is offered then make sure the vehicle is washed before pick up.2. Dont wait for the customer to call you there should always be a follow up call to keep your customer in the loop.3. Service advisor is the most valuable position in a dealership so dont over promise and under deliver.4. Cold transfers are bad practice.5. Call a customer back to confirm you received their message.

I have mentioned once before my displeasure in service at Central valley Nissan. Maybe I’m asking for too much or customer service is a thing of the past but when I come to a place for service I shouldn’t have to wait for an individual to finish their personal Call. I was standing in front of Maria for 2 to 3 minutes as she was talking about leggings before she greeted me. However when I return to pick up my vehicle the service was a little better. I am seriously thinking about looking for another Nissan dealership to provide my service.

B careful with this company. Danny & Manager John are unprofessional & made my experience much worse & didn’t make me feel assured. This company was OK with sending me home with the incorrect part in there words “faulty part” & a safety issue. Sounds more like a cover up for putting in the incorrect part. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend DO NOT GO HERE & to save your money & go to a small shop. I spent the extra $$ hoping for a easy stress free fix. Unfortunately, they didn’t give me a full diagnostic. 5 days later I receive a call saying if you don’t fix this as well, ”break mast cylinder” then its a safety issue & the car will have lights on. AFTER they already started my transmission so not only did I not have a choice to back out anymore, but its now a SAFETY issue for my 2 year old. They put the incorrect piece in after agreeing to go further & tried sending it home that way! Didn’t offer to fix it until I demanded it be fixed properly now they are charging me more to do so because they made a mistake of putting the incorrect piece in. You would think because they SPECIALIZE in Nissan they would of noticed. Guess not now the part isn’t fixed, lights are on & I paid more than $4,000 & they did NOTHING for the inconvenience . As a single mother this is the MOST stressful thing Ive dealt with. Not worth your time especially as parents.

I’ve paid quite a bit to service my Altima at an 8:30am appointment I made online. I went out to eat breakfast till noon came back to Nissan to wait. It would be nice if free donuts were available for those wait long hours for car then having to pay quite a bit. My Altima is working great after servicing. But one item I was told could not be looked at weekends. Low air pressure warning system I believe don’t work.

Juan was such a great help! I asked to see many cars, and he showed me all of them. Juan listened to what I was looking for, narrowed my search, and helped me find the car I purchased.

At first the service was great bought a brand new 2021 Altima only to bring it back about two days later to find out the horn wasnt working and had to be replaced ended up getting my car back a week and a half later the day after I picked it up it completely died on me wouldnt start or turn on had to jump start it and take it back in only for them to tell me oh the newer model cars are having problems with the batteries and we are going to have to change the battery mind you this problem was never mentioned at the point of sale the first month was hell with this car having to go back and forth to Nissan service center afraid to drive it to far in case if something else went wrong. I traded in a perfectly good basically brand new car for a new car thinking its new I wouldnt have any problems but I made a huge mistake. When I talked to the manager his answer was well its fixed now and everything is covered under warranty. Like that is completely beyond the point I shouldnt have had any issues with it being a brand new car like do you not check your cars before selling them to customers or are you merely worried about your commission. Be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from Nissan make sure before you purchase you inspect it or have it inspected and ask about your vehicle having battery issues.

BEWARE, After picking up our van for service from DODGE, with 0 interest in getting rid of it. Joe from Nissan calls us up to tell us about their shortage of vans and how much they need our Dodge Caravan. After being lured into the idea of possibly getting a new vehicle we entertain the idea by checking out some options online. Then we get an email from Ana to set up an appointment to meet with Jose. Upon arrival to our appointment Jose decided on the spot without appraisal that they wont pay me much for this, wed be better off taking it to Carmax. This dealership either has trouble getting their associates on the same page or theyre using disgusting lure tactics. Either way theyve lost our business!
