We just purchased our new Hyundai Plug in Hybrid Santa Fe from Central Valley Hyundai. Greg Hayes was our Sales Consultant. Everyone needs to buy a car from Greg. We met him 3 years ago when he helped us purchased our first Hyundai Santa Fe. Greg spent so much time with us 3 years ago and ultimately, he did not have the Santa Fe we wanted (because I was being so picky) and he was not able to get the dealership that had the one I wanted to trade with him. He was so honest that he sent us to the other dealership directly where we purchased the car. No doubt his sales manager was not too happy... but Greg put us first. As a result, 3 years later when we were ready to purchase again, there was no question in our mind that Greg would take care of us. My customer service representative was Jessie. He was GREAT ! He shared what was required and what was recommended. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. My repair was pretty big but he was great at communicating and was very responsive.

I purchased a new vehicle on Fathers Day 6/20/2021. The finance person completely dropped the ball on my paperwork. As of today (9/20/2021), my vehicle hasn’t been properly registered with the DMV. My insurance company has notified me that they cannot insure my vehicle, until Central Valley Hyundai completes the necessary transactions, I have called several times to have the dealership to correct this issue and each time, I receive promises that are not kept. I have reached out to the BBB, CA DMV, Hyundai Home Office and Consumer Affairs for their assistance. I cannot believe that it would take over 3 months to correct this requirement. I have possession of a new vehicle without proper insurance, registration and license plates. I have purchased multiple autos from the Central Valley dealerships and will not make any future purchases moving forward. Service industries should not ignore their customers and should abide by the regulatory DMV guidelines for the purchase and transfer of any/all vehicles. It’s very frustrating that you cannot trust companies to do the right thing. I am sharing this story to all of my friends that serve in local healthcare and public servants.

We purchased a Palisade Limited a week ago and have already fallen in love with it! Drives beautifully, love the second row bucket seats and the automatic folding of the 3rd row seats with just a push of a button. We drove 6 adults in the mountains this last weekend and the seating arrangement was perfect. I bought my Hyundai from the Modesto dealership almost 4 years ago. They treated me very good in the beginning. But as soon as my car needed parts. Customer service was awful. They treated me with disrespect and I’m tired of them doing this to me. This is the second time you guys disrespected me by never calling me back or putting me on hold for a long period. This will be the last time I do business with you guys.

I am revising my review of Central Valley Hyundai. Initially there were issues. Some miscommunication as well as some misunderstanding on both sides. That being said JC Alvarez really turned this around for me. He worked with me closely and came to a price that we both were happy with. I took and Uber to the dealership and this morning JC surprised me and took an additional 1200$ off which brought the price of the car smack dab on MSRP. Combine that with Bianka being an absolute sweetheart when we got there really made the experience turn a total 180 and I could tell they really cared about repairing that relationship with me. Drove home a happy customer and enjoyed every mile back.

After purchasing my 2013 Hyundai Sonata limited brand new always thought there was no better place to get it serviced then the dealer. After getting an oil change and a fuel line recall repair went to pick up car only to have a check engine light on. The dealer claimed no responsibility only to want to charge me for repair. 49000 miles on my car with 125000 mile warranty. These guys just want to nickel and dime customers. Filing a complaint with BAR and BBB. Lost a loyal customer !!

Took three months to get me a simple part for a recall even though they swore throughout those three month I’d be ready in a week. Then when I finally went they not only broke a clip in my vehicle but they took two days to fix it. What a joke this place is better luck going to the Merced one from now on.

That is one major reason we return back to them.
