Coming from Patterson after a horrible experience at Next level cuts. Here we were greeted and felt welcomed. Jason was my sons barber, who was professional and can tell he loves what he does. After a little hiccup, Jason took care of it in the most caring and professional way there is.I can definitely say I found my son his new barber!

The barber Isaac changed my sons appointment from 9:30 to 10:30 I was ok with that. Then around 11 hes texted me saying that he needs to dry his clothes and that hed be another 15 or so and he had a head to do before my son. Unexceptionable!!! While I was at the shop I asked another barber if Isaac had called or if he had a update he was very rude and dismissive. Im not sure of his name but he has breast. About 10 minutes later I spoke to Issac again via phone and tried to tell him how rude his co-worker was and the Maggot told me if youre going to have a attitude Im not going to cut your sons hair. Very unprofessional! And then someone told me hes the owner. I will never take my child to this shop again.

Just moved from SF and i was looking for a good barbershop out here. My son got cut by Ivan and Uli took care of me. Im happy as hell that i finally found a barber. Everyone of the barbers know how to cut from the looks of the how their clients looked.

The owner is not professional he argued with his employee in front of me made me uncomfortable and then he pulls the dude away from cutting my hair and fired him! For cutting my hair before a kid that wasnt his appointment he was just helping another barber out but i showed up so he put me first because i had a appointment wont be going back but Justin theUnderdog the dude who got fired did a good job i got his card he will be my barber for here on

Took my son today for his first haircut,hes 4 and wild so I was worried he wouldnt sit still. Alfredo was so patient and polite with him and he gave my son the most perfect haircut. Well definitely be going back my husband will be getting a cut there as well.

The owner of the shop is known for one reason and is still in business for that one reason only, he is one of the best barbers in town. You get what you ask for and it’s worth plus more. If you’re in a rush book your appointment ahead of time. Otherwise enjoy yourself in the back of the line. I’ve been coming here since high school which I graduated 7 years ago. Worth the wait if you’re a walk in.The other barbers are as friendly as well and will get the job done.

Isaac is not only a barber but an artist who has perfected his craft. When I first met Isaac he was professional, kind, and respectful. He has remained consistent since our first meeting. I am always satisfied with my hair cuts every time. I used to commute to the bay area from Modesto every 2 weeks for a hair cut but then I found that one hair lounge. From the first coversation with Isaac on how I like my hair cut, he was confident he could get the job done. Well hes a man of his word! Everyone in the shop is positive and talented. I had to get a haircut and called this place a guy named joe cut my hair I was not happy at all I had to go down to the barber school down the stree to get a proper fade that was well blended the right way, lucky me it closes at 8 pm and there was also a very heavy set guy making fun of the guy that cut my hair telling him that he looked like he had Down syndrome and it did not sit to well at all with me since I have family and friends that have kids with down so I will never go back to this place

Totally rude and disrespectful..... Dint listen to my request on what kind of haircut we wanted for our win ! We asked for a low fade and they shaved the entire side of my sons hair and told me it’s too late now!!!! Very political and inappropriate. Lots of talk about diets and shaming for other people’s choice of foods! I mean these guys are rediclous. At least my sons hair will grow back, but it’s sad we paid $30 for a kids cut that was basically a BUZZ cut all the way up to the long hair up top😖. Classless group of people!

Great haircut and its fun talking with the barbers. When you have to wait for a haircut, it isnt really a problem because the place is nice and comfy.

I don’t know about the other barbers but chris is really rough he cut my forehead he poked my eyes a couple times with the brush he really messed up my haircut not what i wanted at all.

So im a perfectionist when it comes to my looks. I have been to many shops, local and far. I stumbled across this shop and i was blown away by the service and the over all atmosphere and time taken to make sure i achieved the look i wanted and i was by faaaaaaar impressed. I wont ever go anywhere else. Quality at its finest!! Isaac and jerm were amazing and i bet the rest are as good as well from the service and quality i got from them. Waited as a walk in for over 2 hours had to walk out because these cats didnt even acknowledge me after initially speaking to me. They had terrible customer service. Dude in the back right kept letting buddies walk-in ahead of me without appointments. Its cool it dont matter if you know how to cut or not anybody can do that but if your business etiquette isnt on point your slacking hard. I Dont recommend this place to anybody
