I was looking for a great and trustworthy shop to repair my Silverado so I found Ralph’s transmission and reading their reviews I decided to take my truck to them and that was the best decision the shop is very clean and organize the 2 girls in the front desk super nice and professional specially Erika my truck was ready the time they said will be ready. Ralph’s gained a customer for ever. I DO RECOMMEND this place to everyone great job Ralph’s team!!!

A great place. They offer financing, but we didnt need it. It is nice to know they will have your car done in such a short time, and have a great 3 year warranty. Definitely will come back, if the transmission goes out in my other car. The price is fair I would say for the piece of mind. No one wants to spend a couple thousand on a car, but I much rather spend on a car we own than go put the same amount as a down payment for a car I dont own. Great job, and friendly front desk👍🏼

This is an awesome shop. They kept me updated every step of the process and stayed on top of my claim with the warranty company. Worked with Erika the whole process and she is awesome. I hope I never have transmission problems again but if I do this is where I will be taking my car again.

Very professional shop. Matter of fact I haven’t ever seen a cleaner shop in my life. Bathroom was so clean I was shocked for a shop. Staff was professional at front desk and was very informative on the rebuilding of my Transmission. They called a kept me up dated on other things that needed fixed. I got another bid from a very well known Shop and bids were with in a few bucks of each other. The other shop was dirty and did a very poor job on even diagnosing the problem . They offered me a 18,000 mile warranty or two months! Ralph’s gave me a 100,000 mile warranty or 3 years. It’s. No brainer! Hands down best I felt about spending money on my truck . Great Job Guys

I had a check of my vehicles transmission done at Ralph’s Transmission. It is a relatively new to me vehicle that has a few quarks that I wanted to get checked out. Luckily for me the quarks are normal operations for this transmission.I love their honesty and the fact they didn’t recommend a lot of work that wasn’t currently needed. They may not have gotten much money from me today, in fact none, but their honesty has gotten them a future customer for life!

I’ve used them in the past, in 2019. This year they helped me by taking a look at the car and trying to petition to Nissan on my behalf about yet another failed CVT. Although Nissan let met down in a heartbreaking way, Ralph’s did their absolute best and were professional, advocating for me at every turn. Although I hope I never need transmission work again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I did.

Absolutely amazing customer service. It did take a little longer than what we were first told, but the service team always kept us updated. Our car runs better than ever and we have the peace of mind with their warranty. Highly recommend this place not only for their great work, but for their above and beyond customer service.

I was very pleased with the customer care I got when I had my transmission go out in my car. Ralph’s arranged for a tow truck to bring my car in and the diagnostics were included in the overall repair price. Even for being one of the most expensive places in town it was still cheaper than the dealership. However I didn’t actually end up getting my transmission fixed there because my transmission was on back order for over two months and I didn’t think it was fair that I have to pay out-of-pocket for a rental when I could pay for the transmission if there was one so I contacted the dealerships corporate office and in order to have them reimburse me for my rental I had to have my transmission fixed at the dealership. I was very unhappy that I had to go through all this movement when I was very satisfied with the updates and keeping me informed about what was going on with my car with Ralph’s staff. If I ever have a transmission go out again and the transmission isn’t on back order it is definitely going to Ralph’s.

They are very thorough and detailed. Professional staff and the fastest diagnose and repair for what I needed hands down. I couldnt find my electrical issue with my jeep and they found it in a day serviced it and had me back on the road. I recommend them highly. Most places didnt want to touch the electrical issue but they handled it better than I expected. Reasonable price too.

The staff at Ralphs was very professional! I had no idea if my transmission was truly the problem. They asked me some questions over the phone and then explained there process, of what they did to check. When I asked how much that would cost, much to my surprise they said nothing! And if it wasnt the transmission, they would try to steer me in the right direction. It ended up being the transmission and they again were very professional and explained everything they needed to do and why. I took it in on a Tuesday and they said theyd have it back by Friday. When Friday rolled around and it was after 5pm I was a little sad I hadnt heard from them. Then much to my surprise at 5:45pm I got a call that it was ready! They stayed late on a Friday to make sure I had my car for my camping trip! I was very impressed! It did great for the trip! Erika was awesome!

I would recommend this place for anybody that needs their transmission repaired or replaced. I took my truck a 2005 Dodge diesel in for a service and they discovered a broken snap ring in the transmission pan they gave me a very reasonable quote put all upgraded Parts in a completely rebuilt transmission all within 2 days I am extremely happy with the work the shop is immaculate the employees are dressed very well and I was treated extremely well by the owner Mario. 5 words “3 years or 100,000 mile warranty” Ralph’s did an incredible job on my transmission and 2 years later when it had trouble again they completed the work at no cost to me. In fact the day I dropped it off they looked at it and called me to say it was all covered under my warranty. One of the best warranties I’ve ever heard of. It took a little longer than I would’ve hoped (3 weeks) but they were thorough, professional and courteous to me during the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing transmission work!

Also, there are times when Ive had them investigate a problem only to find out it was human error on my end, and they would give it back without any charge or cost. Took my van to Ralph transmission for an oil leak thinking it was the transmission since they serviced it 11 months earlier. I had to leave it overnight and they provided me with a complimentary ride home, the next day I get a call from Alexa she works at the front office very polite and she told me the leak was coming from the engine. They checked the transmission for any leak and there was non. She offered me another complimentary ride to the shop where I talked to Mario the owner very pleasant person and he gave me some advice on how or what and they didnt charge me a penny for the service or the transportation. Ill give them 10 stars if I could.

All of the staff is super helpful, professional and friendly. Yvette got me checked in for my cars inspection and called me a few hours later to sit down with Krista to go over the inspection reports and discuss our best options.
