Installed parts without my permission and had the audacity to charge me for them. Apparently they have two different shops and will charge you for labor for both. Install aftermarket products and call them new and charge you for new items.

Ive taken my 2006 PT Cruiser there twice for overheating. The first time they told me it was my radiator and replaced it for around $250 with an alleged lifetime warranty. (The radiator wasnt installed correctly, it kinda just hangs there) My car was still overheating a week later, so I took it back. They charged me $120 for an estimate and told me my car was running fine.Well, last night my car overheated again and I tried to take it back and Armando told me that it would be at least an $800 dollar job to fix my head gasket.Overall Id never take a car there or recommend anyone to go there. Cars are expensive tools for some of us, and some of us need an honest mechanic. Unfortunately these are not honest mechanics.
