My car was serviced for a recall. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service was amazing, they reached out with a recording of the car check-up so I could verify the inspection as they were doing it,and when I received the car it had been washed and ready to go. In addition, the repair was done in a reasonable amount of time.

We had a very positive experience with Hope as our service advisor. She was very knowledgeable and insisted on having a tech test drive the car to make sure they understood the problems that we needed to have addressed. We scheduled the service appointment online but we’re a little surprised to find out that it wasn’t the in their system when we arrived. Fortunately Hope was able to squeeze us in. I had a very competent and friendly assistant Sean Weaver who helped me through a somewhat complicated repair problem. The Audi staff is great,very welcoming and helpful. I was very satisfied with their work.

Note . To all would be mechanics . When you finally decide to take your car to a real mechanic. Please be sure to. Let the mechanic. Know what you have done to the car . Before you take it to the shop.. here is what happened. I had a leaking coolant system. So I added some green dye. To discover where the leak was . This was a year ago. The Audi shop in Modesto on mc Henry rd. repaired the leaking coolant system. A year later I had a idle problem. And they fixed that also. Now here comes the fun part. The auto text said that I had the wrong coolant in the system. And recommend it to be changed. Since no one add any coolant to the car since Audi had repaired the car . I (( thought that Audi had put the wrong coolant in the car. ) the manager Chris . At Audi. Said that they don’t use that color of coolant. Chris is an honest man and didn’t want to infer that I was lying. Change the coolant at the shops expense. After the he coolant was replaced. I talked to Chris. And he said that the coolant. Look ed strange. As like it had a glow to it . On the way home I remembered that I had add two bottles of green dye. To find the leaks under a black light. I called Chris. And we agreed that that was the reason it looked like the wrong coolant was put in the car . I offered to send him a check. He let me off of the hook. .. again when you deal with Chris at Audi. You are dealing with a honest man.

I found Hope to be a joy to talk to. I had previously dealt with the twin brothers, one in parts and the other in service and found them to be great as well. My service tech was excellent. He identified by the look of my car that I would not want my car to be run through an automated car wash. I like that attention to detail. The only issue with the service department is their online scheduling. I attempted on several occasions to book an appointment and did not receive a response.

Great people at service they took care of our car like it was their own. Hope helped us with all our issues and kept us updated on the vehicle progress through text messages. I will be returning in future for maintenance need of my car.

I had a great experience buying our new car here. The attention, PATIENCE and customer service provided by Sean B. during the whole process was awesome!!Also, we all know how stressful the last part of buying a car can be when you have to sign all the paperwork with the finance person, but I was so happy that the finance process at the end was super fast and didnt feel any pressure to buy any extra. I can tell that she genuinely tried to offer us what would be the best considering our finance terms and not just trying hard sell anything that we usually regret later to get it.

This was my first experience with Audi Modesto service department. I have to say I was very impressed! David was so professional and hospitable. He offered us water upon our arrival. This was nice as it a warm day. He was very thorough in his explanation if the options available with servicing my vehicle. He even offered to locate any available coupons. And he did saving me about $60!!! We had our dog with us and planned to walk her while our vehicle was being serviced. He said he would call or text when it was ready and estimated about 60-75 min. It was a pretty accurate estimation. I was also pleased that the service agents are also the cashiers! And they washed my car!!!
