They couldn’t help me get a simple tow for 3 straight days. I blame COVID for staffing but the person on the phone only made it worse with their attitude.

Ive been using 1st choice towing exclusively for 4 or 5 years now. Chad and his staff are super nice guys and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them if you ever need a tire changed, tow, etc. They have the best prices and best service, what more could you ask for?

I called and requested a tow truck, he gave me a time of an hour and a half and told me he would call when he got close. Two hours later I tried to call back and was sent to voicemail every time. Never called me back and never showed up.If you are stuck somewhere DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS TOWING SERVICE!

I was involved in a accident and the authorities had my vehicle towed off by 1st choice as I was taken to the hospital. When I got my truck back all my personal items had been stolen. I cant say who stole them, but 1st choice was in care of my truck.
