This business is no longer a towing company, after walking to the address listed from my broken down car it was a building for lease that looked like it hasn’t been used in a couple years.Was it expensive? Very, I wasn’t expecting cheap but I wasn’t expecting $500 either. The only reason I paid it is because I had been stranded without a working vehicle from 8:30pm one night to 5:30am the next day. I would only recommend using this DISPATCH service as an extreme last resort.Their service was not in a timely manner as it took about an hour longer than the eta for the partnered driver to show up. The driver was a nice guy so at least they’re partnered with decent people.

Would give 10 Stars if I could.Contacted Jack and Jills for a very specific request to pick up a non-running vehicle for me. He was super responsive, professional, and got it all done in timely manner as promised. Car was about 60 miles from Queens. Price quoted was the best price too. Also the truck driver when arrived was very courteous and helped me push the car to where I needed it to be. Overall super experience, Ive dealt with many other towing companies and all they want is your money and to get the hell out there, but not Jack. Thanks again and hope I wont need to use you again but if Im in a jam no doubt I will be a returning customer!!!!

Ben was the most genuine, thoughtful, and caring person who works for Jack and Jills Towing. He helped us out with towing our car out off the freeway since the car did not want to turn on. Highly recommend this company to everyone.

Smith has towed a car for me twice and both times it was quick and efficient. He was straight up about pricing and also enjoyable to chat with on the ride over. I have dealt with many towing companies and Smith is without a doubt the best in town. He is personable and his rates are competitive and fair. I want to thank Ben for an awesome job helping me with my flat tire. He was so quick to swap my busted tire with my spare. He was patient and really nice. I was back on the freeway within minutes.

Started the day with a blowout on the freeway. While trying to figure out what to do, Ben pulled up behind me and offered to change the tire. In a matter of minutes i was back on the road again! I really appreciate his service.

Last night I came out of work and realized that my tire was flat. Ben got there faster than the estimated time of arrival. The fast response and friendly tow truck driver made the poor experience far less miserable.

They took forever to get a Truck to me but the tow truck driver Dustin was Excellent and Very courteous and respectful and his towing skills are tremendous

I called to have a car towed about 50 miles and Jack and Jill Towing quoted me over a thousand dollars. Hahahahahahah... Got a another company that was professional and quick for 300 bucks.

My car was hit and completely totaled outside my apartment while i was sleeping. I called AAA and they sent Jeff eho was from Jack and Jills Towing. He arrived to my appartment within half an hour. My car stayed at their yard for an entire week and they were amazing with the pricing.The owner was a very helpful and awesome person as well.

Offered to tow us 12 miles for $296..needless to say we did not use

I have to write about the experience I had with this towing company. I called them to tow me after my car had broken down. They came in about 20 minutes and were super nice people who were also respectful. They handled my car with the best care and towed it to shop and stayed there with me for a little bit to make sure everything was ok. I REALLY appreciate it guys thank you so much.

These guys saved me big time on Mississippi weekend. Showed up in 40 minutes, worked super fast and were easy going. I talked with the tow driver how did he came asap, he answerd me politely. I cant recommend him enough. Thanks Jack and Jills Towing.

Great communication, fast service and very reasonably priced. Texted my location and destination and got a quote and eta in mins. The person who I spoke to on the phone was quick to respond with a quote, even texted a photo to help find their tow truck. Havent dealt with the driver personally but the service mustve been more than fair and the car was towed safely without an issue. Highly recommended and will use again if needed.
